The statement poor service just does not describe what happens at HALL!!!! The only way you will get good service is to complain or go straight to the service manager, Chris. Treating CUSTOMERS well should happen on the sales floor AND in the service department!!!! Completely Satisfied Customer

I have purchased several new and even a used car or two from this dealership. They take the time to make sure the car looking at fits your needs, and the used cars were exceptional, plus they posted prices on all of the used cars. That`s something that I have found most dealers around here tend to avoid. Plus, when I have brought cars back for service, they have always done exactly what they said they would do, in... view morecluding making sure that I either got shuttled around, or if I needed they let me use a loaner car. No service after the sale

When I buy a new car, I expect to be starting many years of transactions with the dealership. I expected the same when I bought my new car at Hall this summer. This dealership strives to present itself as first class, but the service department brings it down. After buying my new car there, I drove 40 miles out of my way because the salesman promised that the service I would receive would be worth it. Service after the sale is poor

Buying the car was easy. Listening to the salespeople make promises about great service after the sale was easy. However, getting the dealership to live up to those promises was impossible. The service department is the worst I have ever encountered.

Not big on service after the sale

I recently bought a new car from Hall. I was pleased with the transaction and the salesman made lots of promises about the dealership offering a high level of service after the sale. When I returned a few months later, I found the complete opposite. The service was completely lacking on all points. I will NOT return to this dealership for service. I will not return for future car purchases either.
