STAY AWAY FAR AWAY
Bought a used car and 6000 miles later im now having to make a $1200.00 repair. When I talked to the director of sales there T.H. He said"us helping you now would be above and beyond." Wow!! Way to go mazda of georgetown. Should have bought a car from 7th st. east side dealership at least I would have known what to expect. Goes to show a used car sales man is a used car sales man no matter what side of town... view more he works on. Should have bought the volks wagon next door.

Excellent Car Buying Experience
I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Mazda from this dealership. Terrence was the salesman and he was extremely knowledgeable. It was more like talking to a friend than the normally terrifying car buying experiences most people have had. There was no pressure or haggling ~ it was all about finding the right car for me. This is the type of experience you should have when buying a car. Definitely go check them ou... view moret.

Premier Mazda Stealership
We decided to get some diagnostics run on the car before taking it on a road trip. My husband brought the car to Premier last Saturday where they ran their tests and determined we needed a timing belt and some ball joints replaced. The expensive stuff of course. I might add that our car has run perfectly fine up until this point, but to err on the side of caution, we wanted to check brakes, BATTERY, etc...
... view moreFast forward to yesterday, and while on our way out of town, we stop at Jamba Juice, get back to the car and it won`t start. Our first thought is, something happened to it while it was in for repairs. Maybe not maliciously, but something wasn`t properly connected. We call Madza and they want it towed to their facility. Ok, we figure, what else are we going to do? Our family of 5 (with a 15 month old I might add) is stranded.
My husband and I discussed the fact that it may be the battery, but after checking the paperwork from Premier, which stated our battery tested GOOD/GREEN we ruled it out. All interior lights are working and the windshield wipers fired right up, so we were POSITIVE it had to be something else.
The verdict at Premier...BATTERY. WHAT?! They just gave our battery a good status one week prior and now it`s deader than a doornail. How is that possible? They say a battery can drain fast, which may be true, BUT IT HAS TO BE WITH THE RIGHT CONDITIONS, none of which were met. My guess is a connection or wire was loose and to save their asses, they sold us a battery we didn`t need. It wasn`t enough that we spent over $800 the week before at their dump, now we have to shell out almost $300 for a friggin battery and tow. To add insult to injury we had to pay another service fee for something that could have been added in the previous week. Wasn`t ruining our family getaway enough? Sheesh!
While my husband was asking Richard for answers, he copped a condescending and very unprofessional attitude. My husband is firm, but in no way rude, yet this other guy comes out from behind his desk and bucks up like he wants to jump him. Ridiculous!
We took the car to Auto Zone last night to have their FREE diagnostic test run. We wanted to be sure there wasn`t something else Premier`s ""high tech"" equipment had missed. The guy comes out with this dinky little machine, hooks it up and a few minutes later we have a printout of information. Everything looks good EXCEPT the printout states that we need to check starter circuit for loose, worn or corroded wiring. Best case, Mazda missed this tidbit. Worst case, they loosened something. How can their supposed high tech equipment (that you have to pay for) miss something that Auto Zone`s FREE service caught within 2 minutes? BTW, they do free battery installs as well, you`ll pay $92 for that ""service"" at Premier.
The peace of mind we initially sought at Premier`s Stealership has turned into a nightmare. Do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from this place! Not an apology, fee waived, NOTHING but rudeness and lies. What happened to customer service for loyal customers with real money?!
I would like to add that Mazda was initially our first choice for a new family car andt has now relegated itself to dead LAST. It`s unfortunate too as it seems they could use the business.
I would be happy to update this review of Premier Mazda Georgetown. My hope is that they truly are a reputable company and can make this right. If a supervisor would like to contact us regarding our experience, the invoice numbers are 70887 and 71203. My hope is that Premier will be able to take care of this customer service travesty on their level. An email with this information will be sent to EVERY Mazda corporate email address I can get my hands on in addition to starting phone calls first thing Monday morning. I refuse to stop until I get someone who cares to save Mazda`s reputation!

Salesman ok...sales manager a rude!
I bought my used Mazda there and the salesman was very nice and helpful. I do not rush into decisions though and told him I would come back after I thought about it a while. The sales manager comes over and tells me I better appreciate the work my salesman has put into my sale and that I better be sure to thank him for the trouble. HELLO! You are not my mother! I was so dumbfounded that I walked away. Later that day ... view morethe salesman called to apologize for his rude manager. I bought the car because I really wanted it, but when it comes time for me to buy a new car, I will not be returning to Premier Mazda.

Worst experience. Do not buy from them.
I have now had the worst experience with a dealership in my life. My husband and I had bought a car with you guys in good faith. This car has been in and out of the shop for the same reason for the last 2 years. The problems started under warranty and you still cannot fix it. Now the Sales Manager is trying to tell us that he will not even let us talk to the Regional Representative and until we can show all proof... view more of oil changes etc. This is totally unacceptable. I have never been treated this badly before in my life. You are treating us like we are criminals. My husband brought the car in many times to try to get your people to fix this issue instead of getting angry. He could have gotten nasty a long time ago and did not. That is what you get when you are nice I guess. NOTHING. This car is not fixable. Your own service manager even said to my husband that there was nothing they could do or Mazda could do for this issue. Then he tried to threaten saying they would not buy the car back because it was no longer under warranty. Hmmm-good one. You are the guys that could not fix this problem when it was under warranty. I am very outraged at the treatment you give your customers and I will be letting everyone know that will listen how you treated us in the process. All my husband and I wanted was a kind ear and someone to help us with this mess you put us in by selling us a lemon. Now we are stuck with a car that is no longer enjoyable. I am sorry it has come to this.
