Had my oil changed with Arbor ...

Had my oil changed with Arbor for the first time and was very satisfied. Got me in and out quickly at my appointed time and everyone was very kind and courteous. Didn`t treat me like a dumb girl that doesn`t know anything about cars and try to take advantage of me with unnecessary repairs. That is very important to me. Will return for future work.

HONEST Auto Repair Service

I needed my car repair done in an emergency - my truck was shaking violently. I have used Arbor Autoworks in the part so I chose them (past experience was good). I got right in (stroke of luck?) and found out exactly what the issue was.. The owner showed me that the lower ball joint assembly nut had backed off so it made the truck handle horribly and wobble. Winn tightened the nut and I was off again. Just like his t... view moreag line says - my car limped in BUT ran out! No selling me something I did not need! Arbor simply fixed the problem! Honest and dependable!

Honest Auto Mechanics

Nice folks and do good work. I have never had to worry about being oversold on repairs or maintenance, and they tend to be pretty quick about getting your car back.

The customer is sometimes wrong

When I took my 2004 Focus hatchback to Arbor Auto Works I had high expectations. I had read reviews from this website and I was ready for my car to be back to normal. Matt had promised he would have a mechanic ride in the car with me to tell me what the problem was, which was more than anyone else had done in previous mechanic visits to diagnose the same problem. Matt did indeed have someone ride in the car with me and he told me I needed new tires and the problem would be fixed. I couldn`t believe it! I actually stood there and argued with them that I thought it was something else and they probably could have told me whatever they wanted and I would have gone for it. I decided to take a leap of faith and bought a whole new set of tires. Low and behold problem fixed!! Thanks guys for not taking advantage of a complete idiot! You just won a customer for life!! Thanks again Arbor Auto Works!!!

Great Mechanics

I am from out of town and I went to Arbor because I needed to get air in my tires and I have been going there ever since to ahve my car taken care of. Winn is great to deal with and so is Matt. They are very honest with their prices and services. . They get busy quick.

Honest Abe

I have done business w/ Winn Kasper (owner) with several different vehicles and have always been satisfied. He`s honest about his work and actually shows care about your vehicle. Whether your ride is either old or new, Winn and his fine staff can fix the problem in a timely manner.
