I`m sorry, but those other rev...

I`m sorry, but those other reviews must be from the mechanics. Do NOT take your car here, they are a complete ripoff! My husband took his car here because his ac was working sometimes but not others. They said it was going to be $741 to fix the blower motor, resistor, and wiring harness (I wrote all of this down). Anyway, he said no thanks. When I came it to pick the car up I asked them since the ac worked sometimes ... view moreif it could just be the resistor or wires and not the blower motor, and he said no, it`s all of them. I just drove the car home (ac working at that time). I called my old mechanic who is too far away to go to and asked him about it, and he said it would be really unusual for all of those to go out at the same time, especially if the ac still blew on and off. My husband who is not a car person decided to take a look and found a wire thing connected to the resistor that part of it was burnt out. That part cost $100 new at Kia (we went and got one for $5 at a junkyard!) and he put it on in TEN MINUTES!!! And yes, it`s working just fine! Those guys are just thieves in uniforms!!! I`m just upset that we spent $50 on a diagnostic fee when they were just trying to scam us! I`d rather drive an hour to my old mechanic than take my chances with them!

Great VW maintenance

Went here for maintenance service on my VW based on recommendation from another VW driver.

They performed maintenance service much cheaper than dealer and didn`t stick me with alot of ""extra"" items.Great service.

Only auto repair shop I recommend

Here`s another great example of why I recommend Coppell Tire and Auto. I knew I needed new tires, but also thought I needed an alignment, maybe shocks or other suspension fixes, and brake pads. You could have to bring car back multiple times for one problem due to cheap parts being used

Use cheap parts. Caused me to be stranded for same problem 5-6 times in past 6 months. Owner never apologizes or ackowledges inconveience to constomer. Family friend experienced same trouble, with repeatedly being stranded because Coppell Tire did not fix problem adequately. Lost a good customer over this.
