NIGHTMARE AT JOHN CHANDLER

All these people care about out is money! The quality of their used cars is EXTREMELY POOR!! They will clearly make the point that the titles and vin numbers (carfax) are clear and clean! What they dont mention is the body shop in the back of the building in which repairs all wrecked vehicles not reported to insurance companies or body shops!! They can buy these vehicles as is at auctions repair them and then sell th... view moreem without telling you because it was not reported to anyone but them! (m opinion & quit possible) I recently purchased my first Family Vehicle there. Thinking I was gettin an amazing deal on a 2006 maroon saturn for 6300 including tt&l. So I bought this vehicle so excited it only had a little scratch on the rear fender I would take car of later. However when I came home with the car I made an appointment with a body shop to have the scratch from the fender removed! When the body guy got the color code from the trunk the car came back as black! So he investigated!! The "people" who had painted the car maroon did a terible job! And why did my title say red saturn!!?? Anyway they didnt tape off the windows good so they had painted on all the rubbers. He said everywhere he paint was on the rubbers was connected to the paint on the body of the car so when the paint starts to come off the rubbers it will come off the car!! Not only that it was already peeling off under he fenderwells and in the door jams oh and the front bumber!! Also the "people" who painted he car didnt sand or prime the car!! So he said with in the month I would have a maroon and black car! He said be sure you never take this car and pressure wash it!! My heart instatnly BROKE!! So I knew I had time to take this car back!! It had only been three days so the first day I called and they didnt call me back till 6 in the evening. I felt like they didnt care that they had sold me a car with a bautch paint job! So I went the next day(2 hours away) to show the car to the sales manager and their body shop!! I clearly pealed the paint away and pointed out the black unprimed and sanded paint all over the car!! They needed me to wait around till about 1:30 till there general manager came so he could see the car. They clearly realized that "sombody" put a poor paint job on the car! Finally it came down to this. They found cars on there lot of equal value to trade with me. Let me tell you I had no desire to buy a focas or a taurus!! I would have never bought such a vehicle and these vehicles were older with more miles!! Hail Damaged and dented. NO WAY was I goin to settle!! So I decided not to even get a car from them I would just take my money and go home. 2 hours away!! When I went back in and told the Generall manager my decision he said NO. I was appauled 6300 dollars should be nothing to a huge dealership as JOHN CHANDLER FORD!!!! They absolutley refused to give me my money back!! So yes I had to settle for somethin I would have never dreamed of buying. Not only that to get something a little more decent than a focus or a taurus I had to spend 2000 more dollars. I am a single mom with a 5 year old and 6 month old. I had to take money away from my family to settle with a vehicle I never wanted to begin with!!! I was very disapointed with the service and quality of vehicles a JOHN CHANDLER FORD!!! They saw me coming, eager to get a vehicle for my little family and ripped me off so bad that they even got 2000 more dollars out of me. They should be ashamed. I have and will continue to tell everyone of my NIGHTMARE at JOHN CHANDLER FORD!!! I am still very dissapointed and upset about this situation!!! I WILL NEVER DO BUSNESS with these CROOKS AND JOKERS ever again!!!!
