Worthless Business

Never go to business. Took my truck into the business for shock replacement. While replacing the front shocks, the mechanic broke off my dip stick handle. Called the manager, he said ""we never raised the hood"" and ""we didn`t check the oil"". I saw the technician in the motor compartment when he was changing the front shocks. Another worthless business to avoid in the Amarillo area.

Beware!!!!

They Lie!!! They told me they would make things right if I am not satisfied. In fact their warranty says they will. But Guess what? They wont. They damaged my wheel while changing the tires. They claim that they showed me the damage while the car was on the rack before they did the work. Only problem is that I left the car there over the weekend and was 600 miles away when the car was on the rack. Whats worse is tha... view moret Firestone the corporation will not honor their warranty either. Good lock with these guys.

UNSURE ***

I have been using this fireston for at least 14 years, to service all my vehicles. On 11-9-08, I had a flat on one of the tires purchased, with extended warranty and road hazard. I called the store and was told that it would be about 45 minute wait. I live only 10 minutes from this store. Upon arrival, I was then told it would be 2 to 2and 1/2 hours. I also was told that No one would tell me this, when I k... view morenow for a fact that is what I was told. By denying, this he was basically calling me a liar. I am debating as to whether I will continue to use their business.
