All star had to vehicle i wanted, They advertised a free grill worth 200 dollars with every purchase and I negoiated a tank of gas, Well They put half a tank of gas and said I didnt qualify for a new Grill gift card? yes I bought the vehicle, when i went to sign they tried to add 2% to what i qualified for when i called himn on it he stuttered and then corrected it. I never did get an answer why i didnt get a g... view morerill gift card. @ weeks after the sale I get a call from All star saying I owe them 130 dollars and what am I gonna do about it. I said check your records I know what my payoff was and already have a reciept from other finance company. I called the previous finance company they told me exactly what my reciept showed me. I called All star dodge back in finance who ever he was. very rude. stating we may have called you a little premature, This didnt set well and the more i think about how i was treated and there service after the sale I will write on every Blog i find and everyone i see i was treated like crap after the sale. Why do they do this never again all star dodge and i will tell everyone i know . I never even got an apology from this rude man in finance who was WRONG. If i can prevent a sale a week from them I will keep this up placing blogs nobody deserves to be treated bad after a sale. I still want my grill but I will cost them much more Placing this blog and telling everyone i know about how i was treated.

Don`t go there. They will lie ...

Don`t go there. They will lie to get you there and try to swindle you! We drove 3 vehicles 70 miles to take trades there after being "pre-approved" and then once there were given different pricing that what was originally quoted. They were rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Take your business elsewhere if you don`t want to deal with the crooked-used-car-lot type people!
