RESPONSE PART 2 TO MARTIN PRISTINE AND MAPRI.

BMW of Austin do not sell used bmw CONVERTABLE for under $10,000... this is why you came to me. You also came for a 7 series and begged me to fix the convertable when it still had body damaged. S&A painted the bumper cover and INSTALLED 1 ITEM.... the Air duct plastic. I INSTALLED YOUR TRUNK HANDLE, CONVERTABLE TOP PLASTIC, BATTERY, FAN BLADE, AND SHROUD. I paid for the battery, fan blade, and the shroud. Once the ca... view morer is sold your SOL, but i was being NICE to martin and I helped him out with those items. When I sold martin the car NOTHING was wrong with the transmission, I drove it, he drove it, then his wife came along and drove it, and then he went back and fourth every other day picking at new things to find for me to fix for FREE, obviously THERE was nothing wrong with the transmission. I offered martin to return the car the week after he was complaining, FOR THE SAME PRICE, and he said no... The first week NO PROBLEM, the second week NO problem the third week NO problem, the fourth week he said the transmission is acting funny and I REPLACED THE FLUID AND FILTER KIT FOR HIM AND HE IS SUCH A THIEF HE NEVER PAID FOR THE SERVICE. The only crook, liar, and thief I see is Martin Pristine and his wife Mapri. A MONTH LATER AND TRANSMISSION IS FAULTY....... How is this in my control? why is this my fault? Martin im sorry but this is YOUR problem and you must deal with your own actions and problems. DONT BLAME PEOPLE FOR YOUR personal needs and wants. IF YOU BOUGHT THIS CAR FROM A INDIVIDUAL YOU WOULD BE S.O.L BUT BC IM A DEALER YOU TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME WHICH WONT HAPPEN, AND WHEN I BUY THE VEHICLE FROM THE AUCTION IT IS A AS-IS WHERE IS ON ALL USED CARS.... GOOGLE IT UNDER THE TEXAS LAWS. NON OF THESE is in my control or my problem. I dont know if martin broke the transmision? bc nothing was wrong with the car for the first 28 days....

IF I Sam the owner had the opportunity to not sell them a salvage title BMW that HE BEGGED ME TO FIX THE BODY REPAIRS.. I WOULD OF NEVER SOLD THE CAR TO HIM. Martin needs to go to a BRAND NEW car lot and purchase a car with ZERO miles. Martin wants a used 2001 BMW 325CI WITH 108K IN BRAND NEW CONDITION. the car was in good condition and i sold it to him for the price he wanted it for. MARTIN BUGGED ME AFTER THE BODY ... view moreREPAIRS TO FIX EXTRA PROBLEMS HE DID NOT MENTION OR HIS WIFE MENTION ON HERE. I replaced a BRAND NEW BATTERY for free a week later... EVEN THOUGH HE SIGNED A PAPER SAYING AS-IS!!! NO WARRANTY !!! FOR ALL USED CARS...... BY TEXAS LAW. and I did the work and labor for free... he then found a piece of plastic for the convertable that HAD NO FUNCTION just a look he HAD TO GET FIXED and i agreed to do it for free as well.... HE ALSO complained about the trunk latch handle and I REPLACED IT FOR FREE AS WELL. I ALSO REPLACED A SHROUD FOR FREE FOR HIM AND FAN BLADE.... PARTS AND LABOR BECAUSE THEY HAD NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR AND HE WANTED IT BRAND NEW. that same week he asked if he could return the car for the same price he purchased and i said YES! NO PROBLEM. then he came to my shop and said oh no i want to keep it i just want to give it to my daughter and shes ""picky"" .... which i knew he was lying because he said im going to replace the cupholder bc it is scratched.... NOW 28 DAYS LATER......... he said his transmission is acting funny ( tip tronic manual/ auto option tranny ) we told him we WOULD DISCOUNT labor and parts for him. WE HAVE SOLD OVER 20 BMWS SO WE KNOW THEY USE SPECIAL BMW FLUID. we ordered the correct one as well as the filter and gasket.. i finished the car and it still was the same.... i told him to take it for a second opinion..... SOME SHOP TOLD HIM HE NEEDS TRANSMISISON..... now MARTIN AND HIS WIFE HAVE NOT PAID FOR THE TRANSMISSION FLUID/ FILTER KIT OR THE LABOR...... I called him and asked him he said NO I WILL NOT PAY IT AND HE HUNG UP..... PLEASE DEALERS.... SERVICE SHOPS DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PICKY GUY HE NEEDS TO GO TO BMW OF AUSTIN AND BUY A BRAND NEW CAR..... HE IS A VERY PICKY, ABUSIVE PERSON WHO CALLS ME NON STOP ON THE WEEKENDS AFTER HOURS FOR NON SENSE PLASTIC PIECES THAT HAVE SCRATCHES.......... BEWARE OF THIS GUY.... MARTIN PRISTINE...... Super honest mechanics and car dealers

I bought a Hyundai from Sam`s Auto in January 2011 and I figured I`d write a review about how great these folks are in all of Austin due to their great service, fair prices and friendliness.Not only was my car well maintained when I purchased it, but it was extremely clean and perfect condition for a used car. The truth is that i should have gone to BMW of Austin. At least they stand behind their new and used vehicles. All of the cosmetic items that were replaced on the car were NOT DONE BY YOU. I paid for the parts that i got at BMW of Austin and for the labor to S&A Auto Repairs for installing them. In regards to the weekend calls, I called you on the first Sunday after I got the car because it overheated and would n... view moreot start. Then you said that the battery was defective. You replaced the defective battery and the fan cover that was hitting the fan causing the car to overheat THIS IS TOTALLY NORMAL!!!!!!! I am only reproaching you selling a car with a broken transmission (verified by Cottman Transmission, A+ Transmissions, Terry Syther BMW Service and by AAMCO transmissions) and expect me to pay for it. When I buy I look for a good buy WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT? You recommended I get the car diagnosed by a BMW mechanic that would have the right tools. You even mentioned Terry Sayther was not far from your office. They diagnosed the problem and I would be more than glad to show you their findings. You just did not want to hear about it and just decided to offer to buy the car for $2,000 less!! Times have changed and people expect a good value and an honest service. I am very sorry if you considered me too demanding.

Sam is a mechanic worth your trust!

I live north, but took a used Camry to Sam upon my sister`s recommendation. Sam gave it a thorough used car inspection. He told me maintenance required immediately and also what needed to be done, but could wait a bit. His charges were reasonable.

Since that first trip I have taken 3 other cars to him, one being my Acura that was still under warranty but needed new brake pads. He is an excellent diagnostici... view morean, he gets the car back to you when promised, and his charges are fair and reasonable.

Sam is trustworthy and a nice man. If your car needs repair or routine maintence, I highly recommend you give Sam a call.
