Our General Customer Service Includes: Professional, courteous and expert Service Advisors; Shuttle service to your home or office; Rental cars available at a reduced rate (car drop off & pick-up available) and Free loaner cars (distributed on a first come first serve basis). We have an early bird and night-owl drop-box service for after hours, and a roomy comfortable waiting area with a place for the little ones. There is also Free internet access available (Wifi). There is a Zero percent interest financing available up to one year (See Paying For Repairs). We honor most extended warranties in the business and provide one of the most comprehensive warranties in the business (nationwide / See Our Warranty Policies). We will install your vehicle registration stickers at no charge and to help our do-it-yourselfers we will accept and properly dispose of your waste oil for free. Our FREE Repairs Services also include scanning your engine computer and advise you of the findings. ? Please be advised that a diagnostic cannot be done from this alone. The code(s) retrieved are only an indication of what engine sub-system is being affected. We will be happy to suggest a proper course of action. We will always check your fluid levels and tire air pressure at no charge. We will do a preliminary air conditioning check of your vehicle. however, if ? freon is needed because the system is low, an air conditioning service will be suggested. Our suspension system check-out fee is waived if the suggested repair work is performed. Our brake system check-out fee is waived if the suggested repair work is performed. This place has earned my loyalty time and again. Every time I go there I get quick, courteous service and a clean waiting room. All the staff are very knowledgeable and are happy to answer my questions or find someone who can. Professional, reasonable and timely

My `84 pickup needed muffler work, the age of the vehicle was no problem for these guys. They showed me the problems while the truck was on the lift. They were able to repair an unexpected problem without charging extra, and had it finished the same day.

I cannot recommend

I am sorry but I cannot recommend this business. Make sure you get a clear understanding of what they will be doing to your car and do not for one second think they understand what you want. You will surely be mislead.

Excellent service, great Staff, very knowledgeable, very proffessional and curteous. The waiting room is comfortable. Don`t let the ""full"" parking lot stop you from checking them out.

Trustworthy and reliable

I find everyone at B & B honest and very patient. They always take time to review my car needs and answer my questions. As a woman it means a lot to be able to trust their advice. They have fair prices, excellent service and I always use thier loaner cars. What more can you ask for? It`s nice to know that honest, local, independent businesses still exist!

I have been taking my 10 year old Ford escape to B&B Muffler for inspections, oil changes, and repairs for about a year now. What I like about them is that they are very customer service oriented and fair. Not only do they take care of repairs but they are thorough in preventative care. This can be overwhelming at first because they will give you a long list of things that need to be taken care of on the car. ... view more But if you ask, they will take the time to go over the list with you and help you understand what each thing is, how it is affecting the performance of the vehicle, what you can expect to happen if it breaks, and help you to evaluate how soon it needs to be taken care of. They keep good records-- although there have been a couple of times that I have gotten a reminder call or email about an upcoming oil change that wasn`t updated in the system. The one thing that I have found that I problematic is that the car is not usually ready on time (I don`t mean by days, I mean by hours). So I make sure that if I need to be somewhere that I tell them that I need the car finished a couple of hours before that time to make sure that it is ready when I need it. It is great to have a partnership with a good automotive shop. It takes the worry out of car care and I appreciate it a great deal!

Great All Around Service

I have been bringing my vehicle for a while now, but it`s because I enjoy being preventative with my car. First it was my muffler, and after working with Earl and his knowledge of emissions I was hooked. I later brought my car in for my brakes to be redone, motor mounts installed, oil changes, and they even checked out an oil leak that I had been worried about, but they went over all the options and we ended up fixin... view moreg the leak within a few weeks of diagnosing the initial problem. I am thankful that B&B works well with my crazy schedule of only bringing in my car on Saturdays, but they are good at what they do. Since I am a transplant to Austin from South Texas, I was glad to find a local shop that I can trust for all my vehicle needs.

Honest and Reliable

My husband and I bought an `87 Pickup truck in need of a state inspection. During the first visit, they gave us a thorough diagnostic of what should be looked at in the near future but in, no way, pressured us to make an appt. We went on our merry way and 6 months later those things started acting up. After having the place around the corner look at it and say it was too expensive and not worth fixing..we took it ... view moreback to B&amp;amp;amp;B. Richard was super helpful at the front counter. He explained everything so thoroughly. He gave us options on what to do, explaining cost the whole time. We were given a quote and would have our truck back that day. We waited in the lobby (free wi-fi) and throughout the fix, our mechanic (Bryan) kept coming over and showing us what he was working on and why. How often are you able to see what mechanics are doing while they`re fixing it. At the end, the work came in $100 under quote! Our truck is running GREAT now and we have a very reliable place to take it to in case anything happens.
