Austin Auto Exchange should be shut down!!!

These people are crooks. Purchased a travel trailer from them at griffin motors- put several thousand dollars down. I pay every month online and just recently started having problems. For the past two months I would try to make payments online but they would not accept my card saying my address did not match. When I called for the 5th time it finally went through- twice. So when I called I was told it went through on... view morely once. The next month I tried making my payment online and still had problems. When I called my card declined. I just checked with my bank and had plenty of money in my account. Spoke with jennifer several times. She is extremely rude and hanged up on me. She then sent me a message saying that she is the owner and if I have any complaints- send them to her. Very unprofessional. I firmly believe that once you start being late on your payments they are aware of this and I firmly believe that they are declining my card on purpose. My card works every where else. Found out from a couple other people that when they would try to pay over the phone with their card it would decline- yet they had money in their bank accounts. This place is a scam and should be shut down- an absolute joke. You cant get anywhere with customer service because you are either speaking to the owner or the owners wife and they will treat you like crap!!!!

Stay away from Austin Auto Exchange

I purchased a used car from Griffin Motors in Buda. The car is great but I financed the car in-house. The fat- Mexican and White slobs who work at Austin Auto Exchange should go back to rehab. Austin Auto Exchange misrecorded my payment and then repro the car and charged me $163.00 towing and storage fee. Because the old Mexican guy who records payments placed my payment by check into another account. I had to c... view moreall the police to get back my car which had no last payments. I like the car but I will never deal with Austin Auto Exchange or Griffin Motors again. Buyer beware!!!
