Reviews:
Horrible Service! Salesman gives us the "lowest quote possible", then come to find out on their own website lists the truck for $3,000 less! When we told them how much we wanted to pay a month for the truck, the manager Chris called us at home and told us a certain price that we ended up agreeing on. We talked to the Salesman Brian over 3 times in one day discussing finance and telling him that we are going... view more to come in after work to sign the paperwork and pick up the truck, but then on the way over the salesman calls us back and tells us the quote they gave us was for another vehicle, even though all day long we had discussed the price for the original vehicle we wanted. During this conversation the salseman allegedly had a "dropped call", but then wouldn`t answer the phone anymore when we called him back. Called the manager again and he said we were mistaken and that they weren`t going to honor the deal!!! Absolutely horrible customer service, will not recommend and will never use again

GO SEE CHAD!!! Seriously, he took the time to earn my respect and trust, which is pretty rare for a car salesman. In fact he still keeps in touch with our family and we purchased over a month ago! Needless to say I am VERY impressed with the level of service he provided for my family. I hope Strickland keeps this guy around for years to come.......

purchase of auto
Bought 2 cars - a Dodge Stratus 2005 and a Lincoln LS 2004. Arrived at dealer from Houston at prox.5:45 PM and test drove 3 cars. Drove that far because of offer of $1000 off and thought it might be worth it. The $1000 they said was included already in the sale price of car - HA! After deciding on the two vehicles at prox 7 pm waited on finance manager for almost 2 hours and didn`t conclude the paper work til 10:30 a... view morend was faced with driving unfamilair Lincoln with almost 0 gas (granddaughter drove the Dodge)Car did not have an owners manual. Salesman told me that model didn`t have keyless entry (it does & had to purchase one locally for $125) Tried to get them to reimburse me for that but of corse they wouldn`t. Had 2 TV screens on back of headrests installed by previous owner but no player (wiring and player would have to be done to be able to use them & that wasn`t wxplained (I was 78 yrs old at the time and I was fading fast from fatigue of long drive & long wait for finance manager who then convinced me it was a simp;le thing to get TVs to work and also talked me into getting an extended warranty on both vehicles (Lincoln had 26K, Dodge 15K as I remember so I paid extra for these. Turns out Lincolns have a 50K warranty- after several calls asking for refund, they finanlly extended warranty to 100K on Lincoln when what I really wanted was money back. All in all, it was not a pleasant experience to deal with Strickland.
