The owner is so honest that if he ever left I`d cry for weeks!! He has helped my husband and me so many times and quickly, too. If it wasn`t for the owner and his `guys` that do the work... we`d be paying hefty loans for new cars!! He is the `car whisperer`...!! :)

Three years ago I bought a set of tires from this shop and the man told me they will last 50,000 miles and he will take care of the tires for me. I bring my car in for routine for oil changes, alignment s and balancing on my tires. Every time I go into the shop I am pleased with their job and the courteousness of the staff. 100% recommend this shop for all your car needs!!

I am 65 years old, and I have a 2008 Toyota camery, for about 7 months i drove the car and had a vibration. i took my car to different shops (like ntb, firestone, and other places) all of them said i need alignment. and they made the alignment for me and i paid for all of them but the problem was never fixed! until i got to this shop ICU, and i asked the sales man to align my vehicle. this time i told him to align... view more it good because i already did this three times!!! the salesman asked me why i need the alignment!!! i told him because my car keeps vibrating. he immediately told me it was not the alignment it was the balance!!!! and he demonstrated with a small sample he had! and showed me the vibration was caused by unbalanced tires!!!! he really took the time with me and balanced my tires! after that i had no more vibration!!!! i appreciated he took the time to explain to me and did not just take my money!!! he was honest, professional, and 100 percent recommend this place to everyone!!!!!!

my car stopped on the way to work at the galleria. i had it towed to the firestone on westheimer and sage, $700 and 7 hrs later they said it was fixed. i drove 4 lights down westheimer and my car stopped. i started it back up and it stopped at every red light. there are dozens of them on westheimer, i coasted cautiously into ICU. purchases a Lifetime Alignment at this shop and now the ower is telling me that I need a part that costs $187.00 + labor before he can honor my Lifetime Alignment. I did take my vehicle to Corporate Firestone and they completed my alignment with no problems. Now I am fighting to get my money back because I WILL NOT EVER go back to the business. 5 Star Service!

My experience at ICU was expeditious, professional, and courteous. I live in Virginia and had a vehicle emergency, and they fit me last minute and took care of me like family. The only Honest mechanic you can trust!

Walked in the shop to get an estimate to fix the dent on my car, the owner of the shop looked at the dent and told me it was only the clips inside that ned replacement, he push the bumper in and everything was fixed. He turned around and said "you don`t need to fix them,if they come out then bring the car back". That was amazing!! I would like to commend ICU Firestone Automotive on the quality work and excellent service I recieved here. I came in and had no idea what was wrong with my vehicle. It would not start. I had previously been to ICU for oil changes and other service and recieved professional service before. Mr. Bakir, the manager, walked me through every step of the diagnostic to find out exactly what was wrong with my car. As a y... view moreoung woman who knows nothing of car repair, I have fallen victim to unscrupulous repair shops. At ICU Firestone, I recieved professional, courteous service. They work fast and are very thorough in finding the problem. I had a crankshaft positioning sensor replaced and an engine mount replaced. They also found an electrical issue with my car and gave me the most economical price for the part that was needed. I was loaned a vehicle overnight and my car was ready the next day. I appreciate the high level of service that I recieved here. Oh I forgot to mention that the customer lounge is very comfortable with a great bathroom! I would recommend without reservation, patronizing ICU Firestone Automotive Center for the best car care!
