Find somewhere else!
They screw up and then will not own up to it! They tried to blame someone else when their guy screwed up the oil pan on my car. But I guess if they owned up to it, they would have had to pay for it.
I am very disappointed in the service I recieved at this place. It will not happen again however, not with my car. Good luck if you choose to use them!

Honest Small Buisiness Owners
I have been taking my 2000 Jetta there since the warrantee was up. This amounts to about 7 or 8 visits for various issues (cooling hose connection, brakes, cooling fan replacement, etc.). I have never had anything but good experiences with them. They have never tried to charge me for something that didn`t need replacing (my front brake pads have never needed replacing and my car has 120,000 miles. The easily coul... view mored have dinged me for this around 60,000 miles ago and I wouldn`t have known, but they have always been straight with me and told me truthfully that the pads still have plenty of material left on them. This is just an example of thier honesty).
They are totally locked into VW maintenance databases and specialize in maintaining VWs, as opposed to other shops around, who frequently don`t have the parts or the expertise to work on VWs. I drive 25 miles from Burleson,TX to use Tims, even though there are other shops 5 minutes or less from the house. This is because I trust them to know what a VW needs, and I trust them to NOT sell me something I don`t need. I will probably buy another VW or Volvo, and one of the reasons is, when the warrantee is up, I know that Tim`s is a place I can go and be sure that I`ll get the straight scoop on what`s needed to keep my car running.

Worst experiece with cars yet
I took my VW in on a Friday to get a quote for getting the A/C fixed. It`s the middle of August in Texas, my A/C is out, I use my car for EVERYTHING. They had it for 5 hours, I had to call at the end of the day to see if I could pick it up (this was a Friday assuming they`d be closed the next day so I`d be out of a car for the entire weekend). My car key was just in the car, parked on the side of the street, anyone... view more could have taken it! And I was told I`d get an estimate the following Monday (3 days after it was in). Never got the call. I called Tuesday, never returned my call. Still haven`t heard from them.
They just missed out on a $1,500.00 repair! I guess they`re doing so well, they don`t need the business.
No professionalism at all. Stay away.
