Horrible Customer Service

This dealership has employees there just for a paycheck. The owner should seriuosly think about sending the staff to a business ediquete class or two. Beware: They will take every dime they can from you and treat you like dirt. All goes grand till you question them on something and they`ll turn on you. Service department is lacking professionalism. Volvo needs to reevaluate the partnership with Garlyn Shelton. At this point I will never purchase another Volvo.
