This business deserves no stars.. I`m here reading the reviews here and I`m just hoping to make it home tonight. I bought a car there almost 2weeks ago. The check engine light came the next morning. I complained of course, to no avail. Still very upset with the dealership.. was considering putting a "say no to.." sign with a circle and a slash across it on the shirts that they gave us when we bought the car... view more and protest, but my husband says that would be uncivil or slander, so here I am, paying out of costs for issue the dealer already knew about. Felipe, my particular salesman told me the reason they would not fix my car is because I have a personal mechanic.. He actually said, "We cannot fix because you have your own mechanic right?".. I contacted the BBB. Hopefully something gives.

The suck

Bought a car from there and they wouldn`t let me run a diagnostic test on them, than when I found out my front tire was leaking something green took it to them and they were gonna charge me to fix it when I came in within 3 days before the lemon law expired. Than sold my sister n law a car with the motor mount messes up and didn`t want to fix it.

BEWARE!! Do not buy a car from...

BEWARE!! Do not buy a car from these people. They are crooks. They sell you vehicles with the check engine light tampered with and when you go to get an inspection, you find out that the codes have been reset to cover up costly engine problems. They are nice to you until they get your money and after that they don`t want to hear from you. I bought from the S Congress but they are all shady and crooks. I bought a truck from Long mot...

I bought a truck from Long motors a few years ago, I paid cash and it was a good experience, I decided to go back and buy another vehicle. The saleman at the I35 address told me this van with 55,000 miles was nearly perfect. "no problems" So i get it home and notice its leaking oil, I call them and they decided they would fix it, while in their shop they discover it needs a water pump, even though they d... view moreiscovered this at the same time as the oil leak, they decided to charge me for the repair. So the initial $800 down, another $600 for TT&L and then $200 for a repair on a "perfect" vehicle. The kicker is this all happened within the first 4 days of getting it home. This has been the worst car buying experience ever. These folks will lie to you, and treat you well until you sign a contract. DO NOT BUY FROM LONG MOTORS!!

DON`T GO THERE. LIARS, AND THIEVES! They sold me a lemon a year ago when I was desperate for a work truck to keep working. One week later it developed serious problems. I lost a couple more days to have them look at it. which they did. Another week, the problems were back. Luckily I landed a fantastic job and was able to buy another car at another, more reputable dealership. No way was I going back to Long`s. I... view more kept the truck to have a truck and it wasn`t driven much. Kept making the payments and kept it insure. A year later, in early Oct 2011, the truck was wrecked and disposed of. So I thought. On Oct 20th, one week after payment was usually due, I see $320 taken without authorization, for a car I no longer owned, from my bank account...by Long`s. When asked wtf, they made up a lame excuse about that card being on file and being them being authorized to take payments. THEY WERE NOT! The bottom line is they stole $320 because they knew they could get away with it and probably do all the time. I`m trying to save someone the headache of dealing with these scumbags. It burns my a** that in tough times like these,when many people are hurting, there are crooks like Long Motors who will do anything to get a buck. Especially when there are good and honest people to deal with. My advice is to STAY AWAY from Long Motors. You scumbags!

DO NOT BUY FROM LONG MOTORS CESAR CHAVEZ. THEY WILL DECEIVE YOU TO PURCHASE A CAR. i BROUGHT A CAR FROM THEM AND AFTER FIVE MILE IT STOPPED. THEIR MECHANIC SHOP DECLARED THE MOTOR WATER DAMAGED IN HURRICAINE KATRINA. i PAID $2,000 CASE. NOW THEY ARE DEMANDING $1,800 FOR A NEW MOTOR AND LABOR.. DO NOT BUY FROM LONG MOTORS ON CESAR CHAVEZ
