Very nice facility! Biggest I`ve ever been to. I`ve never bought a car there, so i`m not sure about the process they go through, but I have talked with a few of the sales consultants and i`ve had positive experiences. I would definitely buy a vehicle there if i could afford an Infiniti or if they have my future dream Pre-Owned car. The service guys are great! Huge waste of time

Shealea Greer with Austin Infiniti made a trade offer to upgrade to a new Infiniti G37 convertible for my wife. She made the offer based on an Infiniti upgrade promotion that prior to my inquiry she admitted knowing nothing about. I accepted her offer subject to her inspection of our trade in. Anthony Raglin, a salesman with the dealership, made a trip to our home in Granbury, 3 1/2 hours away to pick up the car and ... view moretake back for their inspection. I also gave Anthony a partially completed, signed, credit application and copies of my drivers license and insurance. The credit application included my social security number in order to allow them to pull a credit report to verify my credit. After they looked at the car Shealea called several times to discuss the trade value, we finally came to an agreement on the trade value which was exactly the offer amount she had originally made, the only problem, I needed to complete the credit application. I informed her I had purchased several vehicles over the last 12 months with less information than I had provided her and that all of the other dealerships simply used my social to pull credit along with a signed credit application. That was not good enough for her however as she demanded that I fill in the other items missing from the report. The other items were, my place of employment, (we are self employed and I noted that on the application I sent to her) and next of kin who did not live with us as well as some information regarding income and home mortgage. Now understand, I already have an Infiniti lease and also have other Nissan financing in place on another vehicle that was purchased earlier this year. I tried to explain to her that all she need to do was to have her F&I manager pull my credit and she could find all the information she needed. Nothing doing, it was by the book or nothing. When I told Shealea she appeared to be way over her head in as much as her ability to put a sale of this nature together she took extreme offense and cancelled the deal. I sent her a completed credit application the next morning, but she would not accept it. I would never consider doing business with this dealership unless I wanted to be treated like this was the first car I ever purchased or leased.

Awesome cars, fantastic service

I am now on my second lease through Austin Infiniti (and third Infiniti). I love my car(s), and love my dealings with this dealership group. The service department is always prompt, courteous, and thorough. It was a breeze turning in my last lease car, and now I`m happy driving around in my new 2011 G37. Car Certified even after 80% was repainted

I bought a Certified M45 2.5 yrs ago. This weekend I was told by another dealership that my car had 80% of the body repainted. When I purchased the vehicle I was told it had a clean car fax and hadn`t been in an accident. I will never purchase a car from this dealership again. If you do, paint meter their cars and verify that it hasn`t been in a wreck. Protect yourself because this dealership will not.

Great Service Department

Service department employees do such good jobs every time I drop my car. They won`t push you to do unnecessary things just to make money. It is expensive just like any other dealership service departments but well worth it. I feel like I can trust them and they never ripped me off for ridiculous things like other car mechanics do.

Great Sales and Service!

I have purchased two cars from Austin Infiniti - the first at the prior location and my current car at the new facility on Burnet Road. The first thing I have to say is that I have never been into a cleaner, nicer dealership. Excellent New Car Buying Experience

I have never purchased anything here, so I don`t feel totally qualified to give it five stars, but I did show up here unannounced one day recently to test drive a new car, and my experience was quite outstanding.

Matt Walton, the sales guy who helped me, was really great. He was the perfect combination of TOTALLY responsive with questions (I e-mailed him several questions about the vehicle I had test driven f... view moreor a while after I was there), clearly interested in getting your business, yet not an annoyingly hard sell. That`s a fine line to tread, especially in the area of new or used car sales, and I thought Matt handled it perfectly. I regret that I couldn`t give him the commission he deserved, as I ended up buying a different make vehicle, but I would highly recommend him to anybody interested in buying an Infiniti. They are beautiful cars, and Matt is great at what he does. They have a swanky (and very conveniently located) location on Burnet Road - check it out!

Awesome service regardless of the car you drive or where you bought it!

I found myself in a rut at the gas station next door to Austin Infiniti--one of my tires was near flat and I couldn`t find my tire gauge. As fate would have it, an employee of Austin Infiniti was filling up at the pump next to me and when I asked if he might have a tire gauge, he offered to take a closer look then offered to put my spare on OR plug it next door at the dealership/service center. Their waiting area even has a barista on staff for lattes, cappucinos etc!
