I was recently in the market for a 2012 Nissan Altima. I started the search at Southpoint and very nearly made a deal. The reason I did not was the lack of respect I was given by one of your sales managers, Frank Aceves. I started working with Efrain Overby and have nothing b... view moreut good things to say about him, however, when Frank entered the conversation it turned for the worse. He used increasingly high pressure sales tactics that made me feel uncomfortable and towards the end he tried to make me feel guilty for not wanting the deal. I work in finance and the numbers he was putting in front of me seemed to be completely made up. He would offer me more money for the trade in, then raise the sale price by the same amount.
