THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!! We took our Honda Accord there to have an alignment done, supposedly $50, and these thieves hit us with a $650 bill ( down from $750 after refusing to pay them anymore). They completely took advantage of my wife when I wasn`t able to be with her when she went to an alignment shop. We have a VERY reliable mechanic not far from there that suggested that she take it and have the ali... view moregnment checked after replacing the upper and lower control arm and stabilizer linkage. She simply took it to the closest place on the way home as they had the word ""alignment"" on their sign. This a typical situation of mechanics seeing a woman coming and taking complete advantage of her. THEY REPLACED EVERYTHING THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN REPLACED AND CHARGED HER 5 TIMES MORE THAN WHAT OUR ""GOTO"" MECHANIC CHARGED HER TO DO THE SAME WORK!!! I was so pissed when we went to pick up the car to see the parts laying on the ground that we had only purchased and installed just days prior. What was his excuse for ripping off my wife? ""Well sir, we told your wife the parts were no good and asked her if she wanted us to replace them, she said OK."" Holy crap! I almost turned green and blew up 10 times my size. She doesn`t know anything about cars, I said, ""C`MON, Are you kidding me? You knew she didn`t know anything about cars, AND YOU knew that it wasn`t damaged, THE GD PARTS STILL HAVE THE MARKINGS ON THEM FROM WHEN WE JUST BOUGHT THEM!!!"" His only reply was, ""I understand"" and damn near laughed at me. If ever a person deserved a punch in the face it was that fat bearded idiot on that particular day! After a long, long very heated argument not only did they refuse to give us our money back, but the original reason she went there was for the alignment AND THE GD CAR WAS STILL PULLING TO THE RIGHT!!! We showed these idiots the parts receipts and the labor receipts for the work that was already done and THAT THEY JUST CHARGED US 5 TIMES MORE TO REDO!!! THIEVES, CROOKS, LIARS!!! There is noway this is a reputable shop. They are the stereotypical, untrustworthy, bend-you-over type of mechanics. We have filed a small claims case against these idiot thieves and with our receipt documentation and testimony of our REAL mechanic we will certainly win over these pieces of crap. DO NOT USE THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT FROM THE MOMENT YOU PULL UP IN THERE CRAPPY LITTLE PARKING LOT!!!
