I had 3,300.00 worth of work done on my daughter truck and it is worse now than before, I was a refund on my money. I will NEVER use firestone for anything. I feel that the most honest thing you can do is refund my money. It was a 2000 Exployer that had major work to be done to it, they kept it for longer than they quoted and it still leaks and runs terrible.
