The Owner of the Spring store and two Houston Stores (Jones Road and Larken) is Wayne Ray. Wayne is a fast talking, hot tempered con man. His goal is to creep the price up and reduce the service and offer no remedies when his shops screw up.

Look out for the bait and switch. They will get your car in the shop in pieces and continue to jack up the price. They started at $1600 with me and went up to $3,600. ... view more I was able to talk them back down to $2,800 (how does that work) Do they have set profit margin or not?

Mr Transmission they will get out of you what they think they can.

They damaged my car in their shop and lied about it.
