had the worst experience with Jammers Auto Body that I have ever had with a vendor. It saddens me after working with jammers for over 12 years with my business and bringing them many vehicles that my personal vehicle was so neglected. The shop had the truck for two years, I paid for the job up-front. The last attempt for them to fix my truck because of the door key not working and the electrical conatantly draining m... view morey battery because they wired it up wrong, ended with them asking for more money from me...I thought I had a warranty??? Guess Not. I never add bad reviews but this time I have to. Never expect a call back because you will not get it... Dont expect the price to stay the same as originally quoted Dont expect a profesional job as the weatherstripping was not even completed but they still charged me...pinstriping was waivy...paint lines were not straight...doors not put back together...re-wired wrong with a short in the wire..later found out by another company costing me over $200 to fix and $100 for a new battery... Expect to be lied to Dont expect the Owner to care about how quickly you need the vehicle back Dont expect the price to be in-line with the competitors..I later found out I over paid by $1,000...and I thought I was a valued customer. If you have two years to have your vehicle returned after a certified letter and the work not be performed correctly then this is the shop for you...if not stay away! If I have anything to do with it the company I work for and all the people I know will learn of this problem and I am sure they will stop using Jammers.
