I would not recommend this Jiffy Lube Location at 6919 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena TX 77505 to anyone I know. After my oil change the tech working on my truck ,left a tool in my engine compartment. Upon exiting from my oil change , tool that was left in my engine compartment rattled out, fell out and pierced my tire and disabling my truck. I returned to the location after I put the spare tire on and the tech and managers t... view morehere told my that they would not take responsability for the damage but they would write a incident report. They also gave me the phone number to there customer service and after repeated calls I have yet to recieve a call. I did contact the acting district manager Chuck Barrett. After a week Chuck did contact me and treated me with the worst customer service I have ever recieved. Chuck told my that they will not take resonsability for the unsafe actions of there company and would not cover the damage to my truck that was caused but a tool left in my engine compartment. I was laughed at and treated with the worsed customer service ever in my life. There actions could have cause an accident with my 2 children and wife in the vehicle. I would never refer anyone to this location for any type of service, they will not take responsability for there actions and damages to my vehicle. Poor customer service and disregard for customer satisfaction. I just hope that there neglect on someone else`s vehicle would not cause injury or death to customers serviced at there location
