Mike stallons the owner, they put penzoil in anything they ran out of. I know i was the manager. He steals from employees and customers. They have no real experience working there so good luck if u try. His wifes in pruson for stealing 16 million dollars, now they gonna take him to jail and take what they purchased with the money. Shop there and your getting screwed.

They have great service and I would recommend them to everybody in Azle I will always go there just because the manager is so nice and helpfull and there is an employee there named Cotie an he is just the nicest person I have ever met thank you quick car for all of your hard work

I tried to give zero stars but it wasn`t an option~
The manager at this location is very rude and condescending! My 71 year old mother had her radiator replaced there 6 months ago. It is supposed to be under warranty. She had some other problems with her car that were possibly caused by the radiator and went to them to see about having it replaced. They`ve done nothing but give her the run around and put her off an... view mored keep telling her to come back. I guess her time is not as valuable as theirs! She keeps trying to get a hold of the manager and he is conveniently never available when she calls, so she went up there to wait and talk to him in person and he called the cops and said she wouldn`t leave!!! All she wants is to be treated fairly and have the radiator thoroughly checked out as it should be. They were the ones who installed it. If its defective or they did something incorrectly, they should fix it, period. And the manager lied to her about some radiator people he was going to have come out and look at it. She called the #, and they only sell the parts, they don`t come out. Lied to her face to get her out of there. Shes 71 and on ssi and cannot afford future problems caused by something that could be prevented now! They obviously care more about money and not about customer service or safety. And the LEAST they could do is be honest and not keep putting her off and telling her to come back like she has days and hours to just sit there. This IS NOT how you treat customers or people in general. They should be ashamed of themselves. We WILL be filing with the BBB.

Double charged my credit card ...
Double charged my credit card on the car wash, when I went by to request a refund treated me like an idiot, like I would go by to try and rip them off 7 bucks..I was going to ask for a voucher since I used to go by every other week to wash my car since i like to support local business....never again.
