my experience at dfw executive imports

i came to dfw executive imports on aug. 15th looked at a car I liked but wasn`t able to test drive it just listen to it run, not long because it was on the inside, although they told me the suv i got was $6,100, for a 2005 buick rend. with over 138,000 miles. so the next day the 16th went back and signed for the suv and Joe I guess he is the sales manager said that he had to take it to a shop to get brakes replaced ... view moreand have the suv looked over. Joe had stated that he had only had it a couple weeks and did not know if there was anything wrong with it or not. on weds the 17th we went to pick it up from the shop and took it home. i took it back to them and told them they had to fix the head light and tail light that was out. on friday the 19th they finally fixed it after i came up there two days in a row. also i asked for a spare tire and jack on the 18th and did not get the spare tire until a week later and i did not recieve a jack. we then noticed more problems with the suv that had to be fixed such as 1.) needed front end alighnment, 2.) had a water leek, 3.) air conditioner was not blowing cold, 4.) right front tire needed a spacer, 5.) left front wheel had a lug nut broke off inside the tire. they did not fix any of these problems and kept giving me the run around. on friday the 2nd at 6:57am the left front wheel broke off all the lug nuts and the whole tire came off. their insurance adjuster came out to look at the suv and they was trying to say that my son hit a curb with it and that`s why the will came off and nobody wrecked or hit anything with the suv. also i noticed on texas sales receipt that they printed out and gave me that the suv was $9,500.00 instead of the origional price of $6,100.00. i would not recommend dfw executive imports to no one and all they are is a bunch of crooks who try to rip people off.
