Brad fixed a thoroughly busted exhaust pipe. Materials (a chunk of pipe, welding rod, etc.) and labor came to about what a shop fee is at a dealership! He also gave me a ride to work and came to pick me up; the job was done in a morning. I cannot speak too highly of his work and service.

Excellent People Fast Service at great Price

Brad and his crew have put exhaust systems on my 2006 Mustang also my 1966 Mustang. And on 6/20/09 i will have them put a complete system on my 1972 Mustang. They are great people and can also do brakes and repairs Have nothing but praise for Brad ( Cool Guy ) and his guys that work for him. Can work Miracles in most cases. Go see them u will be a customer for life.

Honest guy and great service

Brad is a knowledgeable and honest mechanic. ( Hard to find these days ) I dropped my truck off and less than an hour later it was done. He did not try to talk me into anything I did not want. The work performed was second to none. I got a great deal and incredible service. Seems like he has been in business for a long time and now i see why all my friends take their cars and truck to him.

Great Customer Service

This Morning I woke up and started checking online for a good place to take my truck to, to take care of a Muffler problem I had been having.... I didnt want to go far so I started with the places closest to my home. Friendswood Brake Masters TOTAL CAR CARE ( TWO MINS FROM MY HOUSE ). Upon Calling them for a possible quote or an expert opinion on what the problem may or may not be the Gentalmen on the other end of ... view morethe phone was exceptionaly RUDE. "Hi I have been having some trouble with my truck exhaust system and am not quite sure what the problem might be" I gave a couple of suggestions as to what I thought it might be and went along with the conversation. The guy on the other end continued to make me feel stupid like I had no clue as to what I was talking about ( asking me if my truck was even turning on ) and obviously didnt want my business. I know that Im not gonna be the one person that stops people from going into Friendswood Brake Masters Total Car Care but I sure as hell am gonna do my best to see that they get none of my family or friends Business. With all the attitude that I recieved from this guy I became Frustrated and hung up the phone. Still needing to get my truck fixed I continued on to call BRADS MUFFLER AND BRAKES ( TWENTY MINS FROM MY HOUSE )where the guy on the other end was a breath of fresh air compared to the RETARDS over at Friendswood Total Car Care. ROBERT over at BRADS MUFFLER and BRAKES was great he was really trying to earn my business and now he has it. After getting off of the phone with ROBERT I drove out to Alvin to get him to take a look to see if he could tell what the problem might be, HE FOUND IT IN A MATTER OF MINUTES! Took me out to the Garage and under my Truck and pointed out the problem to me. He said that it was such a minor problem that he would take care of it for free.... WOW! I wanted to take care of him so I tried to hand him a 20, he turned it down. What a guy! All he asked for in return is my loyal business and I want to give him as much business as I can. Fast Service at a bargin price.

I highly recommend Brad`s Muffler Center. I had a muffler installed and was out in less than 30 minutes. It also cost me less that it would have cost me at a repair shop. I saved approximately $65.00.
