Stanley Ford Andrews / Andrews, Texas
Distinctive Glass Tinting Since 1983
We are run by "hands on" owners, Sue & Butch McCollum who established this business in 1983 to fill a void providing auto owners with film on their vehicles that would last and look like factory tint. They were innovators in the window tinting industry, one of the first to come up with very close door edges, one piece back glasses. Since then they have expanded the business to make use of their equipment by providing vinyl graphic lettering for vehicles, signs, banners and other advertising media. They employ only the most experienced and caring personnel who handle your vehicle with the upmost care. Most of our business is repeat customers who have purchased another new car, a car for their teenager, or word of mouth as they tell their friends, family and neighbors about the quality workmanship and service we provide. We are a small "mom & pop" shop if you will, but we care about providing you with the best product for your needs.

So when we arrived on Monday to deliver the title and pick up the paperwork they stated that there were a few pages that I still needed to sign. One of which was a paper acknowledging receipt of the $2K rebate (which I NEVER received). That`s when I noticed they had increased the ""ORIGINAL"" price to $28,492.02. I refused to sign the rebate form and they said it didn`t matter they would send it in blank (I fear they would forge my name, but I never got a copy of it, especially since I never received a rebate)
So basically, the dealer received the $2K rebate and I`m furious because I should have received the rebate if it were available on my vehicle. I love my car, my family has 5 Fords in total, and it?ˆ™s the dealership and their people that don`t care about how they mess with peoples lives that I have a problem with.
DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR OR TRUCK FROM STANLEY FORD IN ANDREWS, TEXAS. THEY WILL TREAT YOU JUST AS UNETHICHALLY AS THEY TREATED US!!!!!!
BTW way, the salesman / babysitter was actually surprised when I told them what they finance people did to me. He acknowledged that he thought there was no rebate.
