I found this shop on the internet without looking at the reviews. What a big mistake! These people are scam artists. I was told my car would be ready in two weeks they had my van for over a month. They did four supplements to my insurance claim that started out at 1046 $ and ended up getting over 3800$ out of my insurance company and my van was not fixed professionally. They claimed they were using new parts but they... view more used old and manufactured parts made in their shop. Richard is the mastermind behind this organization . He acted as if he was some kind of godfather or gang leader. Do not be fooled by the nice website and clean shop. This place should be investigated by the police or attorney general`s office. I felt so violated by their actions and lies. Tell all of your friends. Also Stan`s wrecker service is the same outfit. Organized Crime members all of them.

steals your money and the insurance company money with lies and scams!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE RICHARD GONZALES WILL BE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE !!! THEY HAVE FALSE ADVERTISING ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY SAY FREE LOANER CAR WITH SERVICE BUT WILL CHARGE U SO MUCH MONEY U CAN`T AFFORD TO PAY SO THEY CAN KEEP YOUR VEHICLE!!!!! tells lies

I was told charge tow charge was to be 250.00 ended up being 340.00. car lights were left on at lot and charge was 45.00 to charge battery and 20.00 to change flat tire, but couldn`t because spare mysteriously had a slit in it. Trunk can be accessed from inside the car thru latch. hum

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!

1. My car was estimated as a 2 week repair and it took 30 days.
2. Richard called and told me they had to test drive my vehicle and I owed them $30 in gas.. when I picked my car up.. it was on E.... When I asked Richard about it he told me I paid $12 in labor to go get the gas, $4 for the container the gas went in and then they had to leave my car running while working on it which is why it was on E.................. view more.???? YEAH RIGHT!!!
3. After 30 days.. I picked my car up and there was a dent in the hood, my button on the navigation was missing and my car was overheating
4. They charged my insurance for a new fan but they put an old one on my car
5. After arguing with them they agreed to fix the car and give me a rental comparable ti my vehicle (leather, sunroof, V6, etc.)
6. They give me a Ford Taurus that had cigarette burns in the seats and smelled like a smoke bomb went off
7. I left USA and drove the rental home... took a nap and went to work.. when I got ready to leave work the car wouldn`t start........ I called Richard and he told me to jump start it........... NO!!!
8. The tow company picked up the car and I had to find a ride home.. the next morning Richard didn`t even call to apologize for the broke down vehicle or anything... I had to call them??????????
9. I went to pick my car up after they repaired the dent in the hood and the fan.... THE BUTTON ON THE NAVIGATION WAS STILL MISSING??????????

DON`T GO TO THEM...... PLEASE PICK A BETTER PLACE... THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THE SAD THING IS THEY COULD CARELESS!!!!

Claims to be one top 10 body shop in Houston. What a rip off. Avoid Avoid at all costs.

This place might have a nice website and a nice facility but don`t be fooled by nice HTML scripting and a big shop. I made that mistake and picked this from others to have my vehicle fixed for some minor damages. It was an insurace claim that was going to cause me a headache. It took 38 days for me to get my truck back and after not replacing parts my insurance had payed for the job was not even done right. The paint... view more job was horrible, it had noticeable cracks and they damaged other parts of my truck. When me and the adjuster wanted to take a look at the truck Richard the owner had my vehicle moved and said we couldn`t. He closed the shop on us. He later called and said I was stupid for coming with the adjuster. Im sure it was because he was cheating my insurance out of alot of parts that should have been replaced and he didn`t want them taking the money away. When it was time for me to get my truck back I was not happy. The tail bed on my truck is not aligned properly like it should. He did fix the paint and the extra damage THEY caused. But thats not enough. On my bumper I have rear sensors that now don`t work at all. The bed is not straight, my bed cover hits the rear window on one side. They also broke my auto start keyless remote that I left attached to my keys. (shows what kind of care they have). I talked to Richard about these things, he gives me a tone like hes fed up with me and truly I don`t trust him and will get those things fixed on my own than to leave my truck there another day. Even if they do have ""warranty"". He refused to fix the remote.
Overall if your content with a nice car wash and some black-wall on your tires other than some good repairs done when you get your vehicle back. Go ahead and take it to Richard G. If you really do care about your vehicle then please start looking somewhere else.
