To mssanders: First of all based on your spelling it tells me you are not very smart at all. When you say ""just ask the alvin police department"", I am just appauled because they have been doing business with the city of Alvin, APD included for many years and they apparently, like alot of other good people and businesses in alvin like their work. There are alot of ignorant people like you in the world and i can only hope that you will see that if you only work hard you can accomplish anything.
