Three visits for Brake Job on G37s, still squealing
Took my G37s to dealership three times within one month to replace front and rear brakes and turn rotors. Each time problem squealing problem returned within a couple of weeks. Service director attempted various remedies but problem persisted. Finally Service Director said there was nothing else they could do. Spoke to GM who pretty much didn`t want to deal with such a petty issue and told me there was nothing else t... view morehey could do. If you need brake service on your Infiniti, be sure you get a guaranty that problem will be resolved because both GM and Service Director said this problem was inherent with Infiniti brakes. Nothing else they could do. Live with it.

Poor Service
I took the used QX56 I purchased from them for service about two months after I got it.
Of the few things I asked them to repair (leaking tire, wandering side mirror, rattling sunroof, squeaky front end, and alignment), not one of them was done properly on my first visit. They had my vehicle for 2 days. Here is what I got back:
- tire: replaced valve stem. Stopped leak, but new stem wouldn`t register with autom... view moreated pressure sensor. Shouldn`t they have checked that?
- wandering side mirror: no fault found. Service advisor (Brian) didn`t bother to call me to tell me they couldn`t find the problem. Of course, during my drive home the mirror again magically dropped.
- rattling sunroof: adjusted shade. Whatever they did had no effect on the rattle.
- squeaky front end: lubricated springs. Helped on small bumps, but did not fix issue.
- alignment: done. My vehicle still pulled to the right when I got it back.
I threw a fit at the dealership when I learned that nothing had been done about the mirror. Service Manager, Terry Landry, assured me he would take care of me personally whenever I could bring it back in. It took 3 months for me to get it back to them, part of it was my schedule, but most of it was service advisor not returning calls in a timely manner.
Second visit:
I felt a little guilty, and thought that maybe I was being too picky. I decided to focus on what I considered warranty issues, so I dropped the sunroof and alignment issues, and added that the outside temp indicator was wrong until the car had run for about 10 minutes. They successfully repaired the tire pressure monitor, outside mirror, and front end squeak during the visit, but they couldn

Great Service, Friendly People
Everytime I have spoken to people at this dealership I have had a good experience. From the receptionist to the sales team everyone is truly friendly. The sales team was very helpful and answered my questions fully and I believe honestly.
