Emailed Gillman Honda on a Wednesday about bringing in my car to their body shop for repair, also informing them i needed a rental car. No email response until Saturday, where they informed me that Enterprise Rent-A-Car closes at 11AM. I also called Gillman Honda Thursday asking if i needed to schedule an appointment to bring in my car while informing them i needed a rental car. They told me as long as i bring it in ... view morebefore 1PM i will be fine, Was never informed Enterprise would be closing at 11AM. Extremely poor customer service. Three days to answer a simple email and customer service agents not cognoscente enough to inform me of the conflict of interest. Their mistake, gave them an opportunity to fix it and they told me to bring it to John Eagle Honda. What a joke.

Beware of Service Salesmen
I recently took my Honda in for an oil change and to have the key lock mechanism looked at before my warranty expired. The service salesman first tried to sell me on over $300 ""30K mile"" service, which I declined. Just the oil, thank you. Then he said they key lock issue was my key, and not covered under warranty. If that were true, it seemed too coincidental that BOTH of my keys did not work. And then told me... view more that I needed new brakes and they should be replaced within the next few weeks. I then took my car to my personal mechanic who lifted the car and showed me my pads. The front ones looked new, and the rear ones were about half-life, and I`m fine for another 20K miles. My mechanic used to work for dealerships and explained that he was probably just trying to improve his numbers for the month so he was selling me things I didn`t really need. Unless it`s warranty-related and you HAVE to go to the dealership, find yourself a good honest mechanic and save yourself some money.

The WORST!
When I bought a car here with cash, they used my personal information to run a credit check and process a credit application against my express instruction that they not use my private data for any such purpose. They told me my accessories would be available the next business day, but instead they could not install them until five business days later; they had no records of my appointments and were rude. When confro... view morented about their inability to do what they said they would, one of their staff managers in the service dept. was base enough to state, ""Well, it`s human nature to pass the buck."" Why on Earth would you shop at a place whose managers have an attitude like that! It seems to me that no one at this place takes any pride in performing an honest day`s work and providing decent customer service. Avoid this place like the plague!

Purely Horrible
I recently sold an SUV back to this dealer, it was originally purchased here a couple of years ago. They offered me the lowest price possible, I was in a hurry to sell this car, so I didn`t have any other choice.
I turned the titles over to them and dropped the vehicle off on Friday, this was scheduled a week and half ago. But they didn`t have the check ready for me to pick up when I turned everything over tha... view moret Friday. Instead, I was told to come back on Monday to pick up the check. So I drove 50 minutes again back to this Honda dealer on Monday, they didn`t have the check. Again, they asked me to come back on Wednesday (which was today). I drove back today towards the end of the business hours, giving them all day to cut the check. They didn`t have the check ready. I was told to come back tomorrow with no explanations. They wouldn`t even bother to hear my questions, I was completely ignored.
I`m going back tomorrow with police and my lawyer.
Their customer services is terrible, uneducated and unpleasant. Absolutely ridiculous. The worst ever.
