UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I am completely unimpressed with Apple Glass. They started out well but things went downhill fast. They quoted my glass and I paid my deposit. They told me 5 business days. Not a problem. They call me within 3 days (this is great) to schedule the install for that day. Told me it would be between 1-5 but closer to 1. I leave work to take a long lunch for the installation. They call me at 2:30 to tell me there ... view moremight be an issue with my window and the installer should be at their office in 30 minutes to look at it. I called them in 45 minutes because I still hadn`t heard from them. They tell me all is well... he will be there before 5. Long story short... he called me at 5:20 to tell me he can`t make it today. I was only taking a long lunch... not HALF A DAY off from work. When he did call me... NEVER APOLOGIZED other than to say sorry he didn`t have the parts he needed to install the window. When I told him it was a disrespect of my time... HE HUNG UP ON ME!!! Unacceptable. I would think twice about using Apple Glass in the future. I know I will never use them again.

Errant Golf Ball

I was referred to this company by a friend who had used them in the past to have a windshield replaced. I needed a glass replaced in my home from an errant golf ball. I called in the morning and my glass was replaced that same afternoon. The sales staff were friendly and helpful and the technician was great. No problems, I would use again the next time a would be golfer hits my house.

Great Service Staff

When I first began looking at this company I was concerned since the reviews showed good on some places and not so good on others...but I called and asked for a quote and the price was about 15.00 difference from other companies but Paula treated me with such respect. They even came out to my house for free! I know other reviews told me to not believe these people have any sort of good sence but dont believe it Pau... view morela was great and she answered all my questions since I have never had to have my windshield replaced. I must have sounded like a complete dummy. I think this place rocks and recomend all my friends to them as well... Keep it up Paula!

Don`t count on your service appointment to be kept!

I am disappointed in this company. An appointment was scheduled for after 4:30 PM to have my windshield replaced. The representative called me at work to let me know the truck as on location and ready to replace the windshield at 3:00 in the afternoon. When I arrived home at 4:20, I called the company to make sure everything was OK. I was told that because Friday was a slow day, my apopointment would have to be resch... view moreeduled for the following Monday. I will not be calling back to confirm the appointment because this company appears to be more concerned with having its employees off the clock as soon as possible instead of keeping appointments with customers. More flexible hours (they only take weekday appointments until 4:30... and don`t count on the 4:30 timeslot) would seem to be more aligned with their Company Philosophy: ""Do business honorably and provide high quality service, EVERYDAY!""
