I rarely write reviews, about anything. But, today I was so impressed by the service, at Yale Automotive, I wanted to share my feelings.
I am a nanny by trade, and always keep my car in top shape. That is important to me, as I am carrying small children, in the Houston traffic. Today, my Tahoe suddenly started overheating. I was able to make it back to work, but would be stranded, with a busted ... view morewater pump. I called several automotive repair shops in the local area. Yale Automotive offered to come get my Tahoe ( about 10 mins away) and get it fixed. They finished the job today, and ALSO at a reasonable price!
I am extremely impressed with their personable and affordable service.
I will definitely recommend them to all my friends!

I am a car nut; but due to injuries I cannot do my own work anymore. It is rare to find an auto repair shop that is both knowledgeable and honest. Garrett Goudy and his staff are both! I have used them over the past few years on numerous times and I have always been pleased; so now it is time for me to speak up an let everyone know.
