This business deserves a "0" that is a "ZERO" NO RATING, VERY POOR SERVICE, MAN I SPOKE WITH ON THE PHONE WAS RUDE, I ASKED IF HE WOULD TAKE CHECK OR A CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE HE SAID "NO" I PROCEEDED TO TELL HIM I WAS A BUSINESS AND THAT I NEEDED TO PAY THAT WAY SO I COULD HAVE A RECEIPT AND PAY TAX ETC., AND TOLD ME THAT PISSED HIM OFF. I wanted to make other arrangements to go ge... view moret cash, he hung up on me, I called back several times, he kept hanging up on me. I called him back again and asked him what I said that pissed him off, he said we are done here and hung up again. Never once did I raise my voice at Him, I just wanted to make other payment arrangements.

I have dealt with this yard tw...

I have dealt with this yard twice and each time it was a negative experience. I purchased a radiator and he furnished the wrong one and then would not take it back. I purchased Volkswagon fuel pump reservoir and it leaked just like the one I had just removed. Pinemont Auto Salvage, although it as been in business for many years, is not a reputable retailer of salvage auto parts. They cannot be trusted.

Knowledgable and helpful

I have been to Pinemont Auto Salvage on two occasions looking for parts for my 1971 Beetle and have realized cost saving on both trips.
The owner works the counter and is a wealth of information when it comes to VW`s . Imports are the speciatly at this place so there are acres of import auto salvage.
