Guess what happened when they didn`t add enough oil to my engine!
I went to this Jiffy Lube to replace the oil on my car. I noticed that the individual changing the oil dropped a screw that belongs to the cover where the oil filter goes. However, I thought he would pick it up and replace it. Well, before I left I decided to check the screw was in place. It was not. I asked the individual where the screw was and he replied I didn`t need it! I asked him to find it and put it th... view moree way it was, so he did without much hesitation. About a week ago, my car starts smoking white smoke through the exhaust pipe. Coincidently I find my engine oil lamp turned on! I don`t have any leaks on the engine. Well, come to find out, it needed 3 bottles of oil. They didn`t fill it with enough oil! No problem, I said. I will just avoid going back to this place. When talking to a mechanic he said to repair the smoke problem it would cost me around $5,000 or I could just buy a new (or used) engine and it would be around $3,000. The cause of the smoke, engine overheated due to lack of oil. Based on my personal experience I do not recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone due to the lack of professionalism. You might regret it later!

The best I`ve seen
Very professional, courteous, friendly. I probably could have paid less somewhere else but if you are looking for service this is the place.
