My boyfriend and I took our car to this shop after an accident. It was over a month maybe two when they had barley got to the work on the car. Then at that we had to take it back 6 times to get the issue corrected. Not only did they scam the insurance for way over $3,000; they did not correct most of the work we had to take the car back for. The alignment was horribly off, they were asked by my insurance to replace t... view morewo tires...which they did but they did not give us good tires...all the lights that were caused my the accident were still on. I called my insurance again and they stated that, this business was asking for more money. When I had taken it to another shop and asked for an estimate, which I showed them all the paperwork, they said the work if some correctly should have only been about $2,500.00, mention they asked for more lines when taking back the car on an issue that there were suppose to correct the first 3 times. I will never recommend this place to anyone. They were rude and disrespectful in so many ways.

Have used Pablo`s Collision (unfortunately) on several occasions on both my vehicle and my fiance`s truck and we have been more than pleased each and every time. They go above and beyond to keep you within budget and explain the pros and cons of replacing parts, etc before allowing you to make a decision. They have been extremely affordable especially when paying out of pocket rather than filing an insurance claim.... view more I have recommended them to several friends.

Horrible place, only the women...

Horrible place, only the women here are nice. Men were very rude. Not sure what I was even charged for and when I asked about my charges they were simply read off the receipt...I can read, I don`t understand the charges..! Rude and too expensive for my taste.

They`re the Best!

The Best Repair Shop in San Antonio!!! They`re cheap, yet get the job done right. Unlike other repair shops I went to, the staff at Pablo`s made it their goal to give me great service. First, they explained in detail everything that needed to be done and why (which is great bc I kno nothing about cars), so I knew they weren`t trying to rip me off. Then, they made sure I was getting the cheapest, yet best quality part... view mores possible. When my car was done it looked and worked great! If u want great service, repair, and price, then u should def take it to Pablo`s.
