This is the second time I go in for a quick oil/filter change on my 07 Honda Pilot. I went in this morning to get my oil changed using their express service department. Also had fluids and tires checked and a car wash--all for about $35. Pretty good considering that places lie Universal Toyota change you another $25 for it. It should come standard since it`s an automated machine anyway. The entire experience went smo... view moreothly--from check-in-waiting-delivery. The waiting area was comfortable and had coffee, TV and free wi-fi. The person who helped me was friendly and informative. He didn`t try to push any additional services. That was left to the customer to decide. I gave it four stars only because, I should have to ask if I could get a car wash. It should be a standard question by the service adviser. He should also tell customers what will be included in the oil/filter service since there are some additional things they perform during the service.
