Honest/Excellent customer service
I was in a fender bender (not my fault). Initially, the other girl was going to pay for the body work out of pocket (didn`t think it would be that much $). I took my car to Mac Brown for an estimate and it was high enough to have the insurance cover it. Nationwide made me bring it into Boone Ford for an estimate and I was glad they did!
Compared to Mac Brown, the office was cleaner and the atmosphere was bette... view morer. The office staff (Nic Marr) was very friendly and helpful. The estimate was lower (the labor cost mainly) at Boone Ford. I decided to get the work done there. I had a rental car the 3 days while my car was being worked on. When I went to pick it up (I didn`t call the day it was supposed to be done), the car wasn`t ready. The shop prides itself on doing a quality job and to them the job wasn`t quality quite yet. Boone Ford paid for my rental car though though the weekend. Enterprise Rent-a-car said Boone Ford is the 1st shop to let them know when a customer`s car is not ready. Talk about customer service!
I was satisfied with the work done. I didn`t have to pay a dime since it wasn`t my fault. Nationwide worked directly with Boone Ford...all I had to do was sign a piece of paper. They warranty the service/paint for the life of the car. The only thing I`m wondering about is why my car still smells heavily of paint fumes 3 weeks later.
If you have to get your car worked on in Boone take it to Boone Ford!
