OMG ! BEWARE , WARNING ! WARNING !!! I had taken my 2005 Infiniti FX 35 for $ 2500.00 hail damage repair . The list of damages they have done to my truck are just way too numerous to mention here .Geez ! The Drama Queen called me 3 different times to tell me my vehicle was ready for pick up and each time sugar wouldn`t melt in her mouth especially when she asked to make a DRAW on the money owed only after a few day... view mores after acepting it (Before the repairs were finished) .... I knew then this was going to turn out badly . People STAY AWAY FROM HERE ! Now my only alternative is taking Superior Auto Paint & Body to court to get over $ 7,000.00 in damages resolved by a reputable auto body repair shop at their expense this time around . Many of the damages done are so obvious to be deliberately done .They are idiots ! They will sell you on the promise of the moon and leave you filled with regret as I was . To Superior Paint & Body 103 Tenth Ave East Springfield TN 37172 615-667-1915 Wednesday, September 07, 2011 I would like to advise you on how unsatisfied we are with your work and services that we paid for. After getting our 1959 Dodge Panel home to review the work we found several item that were not done to the level that was expected or descript. 1. Front clip was not painted completely 2. Under ca... view morerriage of body rust was not removed (at the time we brought panel in we ask if we need to get body striped Jodie say that he would take care of it.) 3. Body to frame bolts were cut and not re-installed (safety item) 4. Transmission tunnel hole was not repair 5. Panel were over laid over other panel and pop-ripped in not welded in the proper way see attachment 6. Bondo was use to fill mass areas in stead of metal work (key words Jodie said we do metal work and only use bondo to fill imperfection) 7. Roof patch was over laid and bondo in instead of using metal supplied from part cab and welded 8. Did not re-install steering column 9. time frame was given to do the job 8-12 weeks had to out source part off job. job took 6 months Feb-August and was not finish do to you had insurance work to do instead of complete our Panel 10. Right front fender had bondo was suppose to remove and do metal work not bondo filled to repair 11. Floor panels were patch in stead of re-place 12. Fire wall and dash were suppose to be painted Gloss black 13. Inner fender wells were not clean just painted over as well as not repair holes Parts that were never returned 1. Hood clips to mount chrome strips 2. Tail light assemble 3. Steer column bracket and spacers 4. Month later still no parts or contact from Superior Paint & Body on how they are going to replace parts that are missing Dan Klabanoff & Rita Rooney
