BEST SERVICE AVAILABLE
My wife recently (March 2012) had an accident which resulted in rear tire/ axle & passenger door driver side damage to her Mercedes. I was lucky and got Bubba on the phone I told him I wanted Collision Specialist Inc. to handle the repairs. We are very pleased with the results, the car was ready when he said it would be and looked like new.
I highly recommend their service. Professional service in all areas....Chuc... view morek

Trustworthy?
The first time I used them for body repair the paint began to peel - they honored the lifetime warranty - luckily. On my recent visit instead of a call telling me the car was ready I received a call telling me the ignition was locked and the car was stranded where it had locked up in the middle of the car wash area. They went out of their way to emphasis they had done nothing - even telling the first lock smith who... view more went out to tell me that it was not their fault the car had locked up. It took several calls to find a lock smith that would replace an ignition on site. During the time the lock smith was there the manager told the lock smith they had taken a hammer and tried to make the key turn. They also had removed the cover to manually over ride the gear shift because the car had been moved since locking up on them for "no reason". Do you really want them beating on your car ignition with a hammer and failing to take responsibility for your automobile when it is damaged in their care? I don`t and will not use them again unless I have to invoke the life time warranty again.
