During my first visit it took about 5 min for the "mechanic" to notice I was there. After finally putting down his phone he came the bay and guided me over the service area. Once in the bay I heard "mechanic 2" say," tell him to shut the f@!$ing car off". After more cussing about my car, mechanic 2 yelled to mechanic 1, who was at this time back on his phone again, that I was done. Mecha... view morenic 1 looked at me and said I was done and could leave now,turned back around and began playing on his phone again. One week later my car started leaking oil. My car has never had an oil leak but because I was out of town and did not have my tools and could not look at it my self I Took it back the class-a to determine the sorce of my leak. I was told by mechanic 1 that there was no leak even after mechanic 2 showed mechanic 1 his finger with what appeared to be oil on it. Once I finally made it back home to Alabama, I looked for myself and found that the oil filter was leaking. When I call to talk to the manager I was informed that mechanic 1 was the manager. When I asked to speak to the next person up I was told I could not have that contact info and they would leave a message for the owner to call me( which is a call I have yet to receive). I did however receive a call back from mechanic 1 who asked me what my problem was and called me a smartass. In my opinion it is a poorly run business with inexperienced mechanics and immature management all of which have poor work ethics. I would recommend to steer clear of that place and go 2 seconds down the road to the service station on the corner of 56 and 70.
