Do not buy a car from this dealership! Finance person (Shane) very rude/sarcastic because I refused to purchase the extended maintenance plan. Shane was very unprofessional. Made the car buying experience a nightmare.

Excellent service. Bought a Lincoln from them a few years back. Very patient and respectful sales team. They took the time to make sure I knew what I was getting. Came back to them with a small maintenance issue a few months ago and they were happy to help. I plan on going back to see them soon to get a car for my daughter. I would rate this as a ZERO st...

I would rate this as a ZERO start if possible.....absolutely atrocious customer service.....had an issue with Lincoln MKZ My Synch system while on the road......had no time to make an appointment (would have been at least a day out).....asked to borrow a simple tool to disconnect my MKZ battery to &quot;reboot&quot; system and instead of being loaned a stupid 10mm socket set or a crescent wrench, received a v... view moreerbal rebuke from the arrogant service manager....go elsewhere if you can.......really lame and rude people here.....worst car service contact in my life!!!!

Horrible customer service! Car...

Horrible customer service! Cars are over-priced and they are EXTREMELY pushy and shady. They try to rush you into buying and if you don`t they are rude. The sales manager, Joe Whaley is rude and on some kind of power trip. BUYERS BEWARE!!

Worst Experience

I decided to stop by Mcnelly Whaley Ford when my window would not roll down on my Ford vehicle. Being a woman in your 20s and showing up there alone may not be a good idea, let me tell you why. As I was waiting in the waiting area I was told that my car would need a whole new window and for me to come back for the repair. I was then told I had to pay $50 since they looked at my window. I was shoked they would ask... view more $50 just by looking at something and was asking the receptionist when one of the dealers pulled me aside and said &amp;quot;Don`t sweat the small sh_t&amp;quot;. I was so shocked and didn`t know what to say when the receptionist told me that if my car was serviced at their Ford dealership the $50 would be dropped. I wan`t making a big deal out of it, that seemed fine with me and as I was leaving the same dealer walked up to me and said, &amp;quot;if you don`t understand what we`re trying to do for you, have your mommy or daddy call.&amp;quot; Again I was too shocked to respond and called my husband to let him know how I was treated. We ended up taking my car to another service department where they informed me that I did not need a whole new window, just a piece for my window. So, not only was I harrassed at Mcnelly-Whaley I was also lied to about my window. If you are a woman and are stopping there alone do not let them take advantage of you. I would ask you to stay clear of this place all together. As for the dealer that talked bad to me, I hope his mommy and daddy had taught him some manners since that day.
