Totally Pleased
Just picked up my 2007 Prius after having hood painted from gravel damage due frequent interstate driving and passenger door damage due to a run in with my garage opening. The work took two days longer than predicted, but the results were so worth the wait. Not only did they do outstanding repair and painting, but they (at no extra charge) used something called a clay bar to bring the entire car paint to match and ... view morelook like new.
I found their employees so friendly and professional. Prices were very reasonable.
Hope not to have to, but I would not hesitate to use them again.

Truely Quality body and repair work
I have been very fortunate in that my father was one of the best auto mechanics and body men in the world. He was very old fashion and very country in his ways and a hand shake was all the contract you need with him. He has over the years taught me alot about people as well as autos and one of the things he always said was you look a man in the eye when you shake his hand and you never go back on your word no matte... view morer what it cost you because a man in the end only has his word.
The folks at this very creditable business are the kind of people my father would have been proud call a friend and I have every confidence that he would approve of my choice in my repairs. They are up front in all dealings, honest and have gone beyond what they were asked to do every time I have used them. My vehice looks brand new and functions as well as it ever has and they have such a good reputation in the year that I have used them only one insurance company even sent a claims adjuster to look my vehicle over after I sent them a copy of Quality`s estimate...Geico by the way. Guess when you have a lizard for a mascot you tend to be a bit cold blooded! Sorry ... just had to put a dig in.
Any way there is not a single person there I would not be proud to call a friend or invite to my home. They are good folk and honest tradesmen. You can not go wrong with these people.

Had my Nissan repaired here and they were very nice to us! The owner even took us home and came back and picked us up when the car was ready. I will always take my vehicle back to this shop!

Execellent & Honest Customer Service
Due to an un-ruly & totally horrrible Insurance claim that went wrong; These folks stood up and made good on a major repair to my vehicle. Not only did they start the job, yet, they topped it off with execellent craftmanship!! Doing the little things such as reattatching mirror, & a great alighnment of the door lines, which are second to none... I still owe them .. Kudos to Billy & the team!! Keep up the great work... view more... D.C.

very poor workmanship
The short version of this review is Beware of this Business!! I would not recommend this shop to anyone. That?????????s really all you need to read of this review. Not convinced? Read on.
My son was hit in the driver?????????s side quarter panel (just behind the rear door) the panel was caved in on the tire, the car was not drivable. Quality Body Shop in Oak Ridge towed the car from the accident. The car was taken to their shop... view more and I decided to have the work done there. My car was there for TWO months. When it was returned to me there was over spray all over the car and windows, the plastic around the gas filler tube was still cracked and busted from the accident, the trim wasn?????????t securely attached. The joint running down the trunk channel looks as if I had done the repair myself, there are still scratches from the accident on the tail light housing and the interior of the trunk gets soaking wet in the rain. If you are still considering taking your vehicle here it is in your best interest to please read on.
My Caddilac was hit just behing the rear door. It caved in the quarter panel so far the rear tire would not roll properly. I caught them red handed trying to fill a large body panel they were supposed to be replacing. They told me the used panel they were sent was in such poor shape it was un-usable. First if it was that bad why was it even at their shop. I know I wouldnt unload a part I never intended to use. Which by the way was the exact panel they used after I caught them trying to fill the damaged one. It wasnt that the panel was hard to find either I made just a couple calls and found several panels that were in like new condition. In my opinion that was an attempt at insurance fraud folks. They had not attempted to contact either the insurance company or myself concerning the panel they recieved much less getting approval to fill the damaged panel as they were doing. There were many more things
