Great Service and Friendly
Have used the service department for about two years with excellent results. Prices are at market, but oil changes are less than WalMart. I recently bought a new Liberty and was able to get a lower interest rate than other dealers had offered. I plan to return for all of my service. Their internet sales is the way to go. You can submit your information, get your approval set up, then look at the inventory. No Customer Service At All
I now understand all the negative reviews. There is no customer service here whatsoever. Family members are the employees and are not held accountable.

Take it from a very laid back individual, it is worth the drive to another dealer in the area to be treated like a customer.

Will not use this Service Department EVER again
Took my minivan in to have an already diagnosed Front Motor mount corrected. They were going to charge me 89 to have this diagnosed. When they called back they said that some of the mounts were ""soft"" but didn`t need to be replaced. When we insisted that they look again. All of a sudden they found the problem. Had them fix it since this is a part I can only get at the dealer. When we came to pick up the car which ... view morewas corrected in a timely manner. They gave me a note saying that they ran a 16 point diagnostic on the brake lights, turn signals, wipers ect.... Which I told them was a crock to their faces as I know I took the van in with a dead brakelight (I had the already bought replacement bulb with me), They said that they would correct this and I told them that I wouldn`t be bringing my van back. Pro`s:attempted to make me happy and correct their mistake. Friendly.
Con`s: didn`t do what they said that they did and couldn`t diagnose an issue that was already diagnosed.

The guys in the service were very helpful to me. They did not make fun of me or treat me like I was a ""dumb woman"" as I explained the noise my car was making. I left my car there and they called me to let me know what was wrong and how much it would be to fix. My car was ready when they promised but I was late. Very Cool Service and Dealership
Bob Frensely Chrysler Jeep Dodge is in a great location in the north Rivergate area - they have a beautiful, newly renovated dealership that they keep very well lit at night. I drive by the dealership daily and when my air went out during the hot summer, I chose to let them perform the service work. Although they have a great waiting room area, I was dropped off at the neighboring RiverGate Mall while my car was wo... view morerked on. The repairs were explained to me and all of the employees I interacted with were very polite and friendly. I`m not in the market for a new vehicle at this time, but I would highly recommend taking a look at both their new or pre-owned vehicles - they have a wide variety on their lot. I`ll continue to service my vehicle there and when the time comes to replace my vehicle, it will be a Bob Frensley.

Bob Frensley Dodge are Thieves and Liars!! I bought a new 2010 Challenger SRT8 from them. It had no catalytic converters on it, which is illegal, so I told them they had to put the converters on it. They agreed stating it would be ready in a few days. I was shocked to find that though they had put the converters on; they had also stolen the $1700 cat-back exhaust off the car. Try somewhere else, anywhere else first
After trying to schedule an appt online that I never received a response too, I took my car in Wed morning @8am due to an ABS light being on, traction control light on, cigarette power not working, truck release not working & door lock button not working. Was told someone would call me that afternoon. (yeah right) I called at 5pm since I hadn`t heard from them, (Surprise) no information but was told they would call i... view moren the AM. Thursday around 1pm I called again since I never heard from them. Basically they can`t fix the items mentioned above, don`t know the cause but can have the technician call me & he can explain. Great service and knowledgeable mechanics, yep. What a place! I knew NOT to buy a Dodge due to their reliability but my wife liked it better than the other car I was looking at. :( Terrible quality built in to the car but I think the service department has to be just the icing on the cake. No wonder their market share continues to decline. IF you have to buy a Dodge at least find another dealership you can use for purchasing and servicing.

WORST SERVICE I`VE EVER RECEIVED!
My husband and I were stranded in TN on our way home to IN because of a water pump. They got the vehicle Monday morning and stated to us at 11am that it would be finished in 1hour. We got there at 1pm. Not finished yet and everyone was at lunch, so we waited around until 4pm and were told it would not be done that day, because they found ""something else"" wrong with it. We had to stay in a hotel the night before sin... view morece the pump blew around 8pm on Sunday night. So again had to spend the night in the hotel. My husband goes there on Tues. around 12pm. They said it would be done that day, he waited around all day mind you until 7pm when they close and what`s this vehicle will not be done today again. Another hotel night stay. At no time have they offered to pay for the hotel for our inconvience of continuously telling us it would be done and not providing the vehicle. My husband asked several times if we could ""rent or borrow"" a vehicle from them for the inconvience and was told no. Nor did we rent our own car because we kept being told, it will be done today. I am VERY dissatisfied with this dealership and I would not recommend it to ANYONE! Needless to say my husband is still in TN waiting for the vehicle to be completed.

Terrible service
when bringing vehicle in for my lifetime free oil change the service personal tore the side out of my tire. They then offered me a new tire""at their cost"". with no other choice I purchased the tire. Having a manufacturers three year bumper to bumper warranty I took truck to service to have warranty work performed. I was told by the service department that I didn`t have a three year bumper to bumper warranty and ... view morethat their salesperson lied to me wnen I purchased the vehicle so that I would buy it. None of this is true. I took my vehicle to another dealer to have the warranty work performed with no problems. Each time I took my vehicle in for my free oil change something on the vehicle was damaged. I no longer have them change the oil and have forefited my lifetime free oil change. the service personel are liars and vandals and the dealer should be shut down.

Diligent effort appreciated
The 2002 Jeep Liberty that we bought used had a coolant problem that our normal mechanic was unable to resolve after several attempts. Fearing the worst, we took the vehicle to Bob Frensley to let the ""official"" service guys have a try at it.
