Suzuki put my in a Kia...
I filled out an application not expecting to be approved. Mr. Young called and emailed me and then they cajoled me down there. Not only did they put me in a van that I love but they helped with gas to get me back home to Kentucky. Customer service was awesome as well.

My wife and I have some really bad credit but they helped us get into basically 2 new cars. First salesman we had sucked but Tad and Sales Manager Mike, and GM Charles were awesome. Would recommend to anyone.

Wont just talk about it.
I bought a vehicle from them. Engine light came on when I got on interstate after buying it just 6 miles down the road. They said they would get it fixed. Now they are backing out, due to price it cost to fix it. They said they would work with me but I needed to come down and talk with them about it. I live about 45mins away. So instead of talking over the phone, I have to drive down there. The thing is they are most... view more likely are not going to do anything and are going to tell me just to pick it up. The lady I talked to was helpful, but the manager that would not talk with me over phone, finally did and would not even let me explain anything. I will update this and let everyone know what they do.

Service Department Rocks!
I have to be honest, when I first pulled up in the lot, I thought , ""I`m not leaving my car here."" I had a warranty issue and I had to use a Suzuki dealership, so rather than drive to Clarksville...I left my car there.
It was a pretty intensive repair, which George was very knowledgeable of and put me to ease that there would not be a problem with it. Two days later, the call that ...it`s ready. I am very i... view morempressed with these guys...it`s not the fanciest dealership by any means but it seems they really know their ways around the Suzuki. And I do not work for them...

I was on the fence about buying a car since I recently just paid off my SUV but gas was killing my budget so I stopped in. My Salesman James was very straightforward and helpful. He didn`t pressure me and was understanding when I told him I needed to let a friend look at the car before I bought it. He let me drive it to get it looked at and stayed late to finish all the paperwork. Even after all that he drove my othe... view morer car home so I didn`t have to leave my own vehicle at the lot for the night. The manager Smoky Robinson(Yes that`s his legal name) answered all my questions but he failed to follow up on my extended warranty. Also there seems to be a problem with locating keys to vehicles to test drive and the car I test drove and eventually purchased had no gas in it when we took it around the block. Other than that, if you`re having credit problems I would recommend this place because they report to the credit bureaus but don`t expect a luxurious office setting and make sure you get everything in writing before you sign anything or give up any money.

Suzuki of Nashville is a great place to purchase a vehicle! My credit is not great but I desperately needed a vehicle to get to and from my full time job. So, I went to Suzuki and they took great care of me. I purchased a nissan sentra with them and I absolutely LOVE my car! I loved my salesman, Maurice, and would recommend him to anyone I meet! I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, he was kind and said he wo... view moreuld do everything he could to help me out...and he did! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Positive Reviews MUST be Employees. Suzuki is lowest of low.
This place is absolutely atrocious. They are famous for spot deliveries. They will call you an inform you that you are already approved. -You`re definitely not. This isn`t the only lie you will hear. lol, they let me think a car was mine for an ENTIRE MONTH and then took it back even though I brought in 3 different forms of income, one being with the United States Navy.. and a cosigner!!!! The finance manager, Ro... view morennie, did not even look at any of them! He simply didn`t want to deal with me. Before arriving, I had been told that I was ""just signing forms because my financing had fallen through with a different bank, but that it would only take thirty minutes.. and my situation was not a bad one"" Even more LIES and trickery. I would not allow anyone that I know to go to this ""establishment"".. if it could be called that. I would warn someone that I don`t even like about this place. The positive reviews HAVE to be fake. There is just no way. Look at other review sites, including complaints registered with the better business bureau.. which they are NOT a member of for a reason. (They haven`t been accredited since 2010, pay attention to that ""award"" on the wall) Do not make the same mistake I did. No matter how desperate, this place opens up a whole new can of worms that you`re better without.

Best of the Best
There are very few things in life as stressful as buying a car or a house, especially coming out of bankruptcy. I can honestly say it was a pleasure meeting the people at Suzuki of Nashville. I know my credit was trashed and not only did they find a way to get me approved but they kept my payments reasonable and they put me in a nice car while doing it. I guarantee they put way more work into helping me than other de... view morealerships would. The staff is friendly and helpful, the finance dept is fast and knowledgable, and the manager is out of this world. I cannot honestly say what i would have done without all their help, but def a big thank you them. if you are buying a car and don`t check this place out..shame on you.. You are missing out on good pricing and customer service that is some of the best if not the best in the industry. LOL, they can even handle us cranky customers when we stress...what more can you ask for. Thank you guys!

I`ll keep buying Suzukis thanks to these folks!
I`m confused by some of the reviews! I`ve had nothing but great experiences with the people at Suzuki of Nashville. While Suzuki of Nashville is way out at the edge of Davidson County on Bell Road, at the corner of Bell Road and Old Hickory Boulevard, travelling accross Nashville to get there isn`t a bother because I followed my salesman from Goss Suzuki, which went under. Comparing Suzuki of Nashville to the n... view moreow defunct Goss, I find them to be much more forthright and fair in their dealings with customers. I`m sorry some customers have had a bad experience. They don`t speak for me, and I wager, they won`t speak for you when you visit. Sometimes, the sales staff are very busy with customers, and you might have to wait for assistance, but, like CarMax, they want you to go outside and look at the cars! The fact they are swamped with customers is probably a good indicator that people like a great car, and the quality of the sales staff doesn`t matter in the big scheme of things! The finance department is FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to Suzuki of Nashville to ask my friend, one of the sales staff, what he could do to get me out of the ""too small"" SX4LE-5 speed I bought brand new from him at Goss. He and the finance department looked at my whole life and made it happen for me. I bought a Kizashi GLE. As the location is an old-fashioned gas station and repair shop (pump islands and all!), it doesn`t look like much! Their goal is to sell great cars, not give a perfect experience! I think an ugly dealership makes the cars look better. Eventually, I`m going to learn everyone`s names who works there beside my friend the salesman, whom I followed from Goss Suzuki. The service staff is EXCELLENT, far better than they had at Goss Suzuki. They`re willing to fix those little things that you notice right away. They are NOT a body shop and will tell you so, but if your car has a problem and it`s powertrain related, and you bought it new, they can make amazing things happen very quickly. The service manager is honest and tells you what the staff will do to your car. They do no more or no less than he says. The owner of this dealership is one of those who leads by doing. On busy days, I`ve seen him out helping customers, rubbing elbows with clients and examining trade-ins with salesmen. He`s very fair in what he offers for trade-ins! I`ve never had a bad experience with Suzuki of Nashville, and some day, I may drive up to Matthews` Suzuki in Clarksville, just to try `em out, but I like going to Suzuki of Nashville, even though it`s 30-40 minutes across Nashville from my home. RUN, DON`T WALK to Suzuki of Nashville and see for yourself just how great the service really is!
