Avoid this scam shop!!
Aviod this place! I can`t believe they haven`t been shut down for deceptive practices. I took a car in for a recall issue and they said it wasn`t the recall issue but that I needed over $700 worth of repairs. I took it to a chain repair shop knowing that I could get those repairs done cheaper. The chain shop was honest and told me that the things I had ask them to repair didn`t need it but that what was broken was a ... view morerecall that any dealer would have to fix for free.
I took the car to a dealer out on Murfreesboro Rd and they fixed it immediately.....no hassels....no charge!! I wish I had gone their first!! By the way, Darryl at Hansens was rude!

Great service for my PT Cruiser
I read the other reviews for service at Hansen (now owned by Southeast Chrysler) and decided to go somewhere else when my 2002 PT Cruiser stopped shifting into reverse. Well, the competition, who had good reviews, diagnosed the problem but didn`t have the part. They wanted me to leave the car and pay for the new shift cables up front. I didn`t have a way home from Franklin and can`t easily afford a rental car, so I d... view moreecided to take it to Hansen. I had to pay $80 for the ""priviledge"" of waiting three hours for the diagnosis, even though I was one of the earliest people in the morning.
Hansen had the parts and did the work in less than half a day. The total cost was $50 less than what the first dealer`s service department quoted, too. Hansen also provides a free taxi ride to work, so I didn`t have to sit around and wait.
Note: although Southeast Chrysler recently purchased Hansen, I was told that the same service folks will be at the same Charlotte Ave. Location. Special kudos to Pete Stobbs, who`s been in the service department for years and years. He is always courteous and efficient.

Hands down, worst customer service ever
I have only had my car for 3 weeks, and I have yet to get my second key for the car, my tag, or even the owner?s manual. One piece of the interior trim is brown and the rest is gray. They have refused to fix it because they think it is not that noticeable. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this so called business!

Unprofessional, dishonest dealership
Had work done on a specific area, $1400 later and after being overcharged and lied to the initial problem still existed. When taken to another Jeep dealership they confirmed the dishonesty that I suspected from Hansen. When returning to Hansen with my newfound, confirmed knowledge, they refused to rectify the situation, or compensate me in any way. Do not EVER bring your vehicle here, they are unprofessional and d... view moreishonest. I recommend Alexander Jeep in Franklin.

Avoid the service department
I paid for a diagnostic for a loss of power in my Jeep. They recommended a valve body assembly $1300. I declined and took it some where else for a second opinion and they found that the only problem was a $.15 blown fuse. I contacted Hansen and requested my money back for the diagnostic and was treated very rudely by Wayne, the service manager. He asked me to prove that they didn`t do the diagnostic and to prove that... view more the fuse was blown when it left his shop. If a diagnostic would have been done thoroughly then they should have found a blown fuse. All I can say now is that my Jeep has run so much better and it didn`t cost $1300 only $45. STAY CLEAR of these crooks.

If I could only have the experience . .
I cannot even get a service technician on the phone to schedule my automobile for service. I have called 4 different days, several times each day. Either no one answers the phones or I am on hold for infinity. This is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
