August 2011 I brought my car into Prices due to small damage from a tire. I had to go through my insurance so I knew it would take at least a week to get the work completed. I brought my car into other body shops to get an estimate and was treated as if all they wanted was my keys and to get a paycheck. As soon as I arrived at Prices I was treated like a person. They completed the work in two weeks which was a little longer than I had hoped however I understand that you never know what all needs to be replaced until you take the parts off. I do recommend that you call and get check ups as this will make you feel better about knowing where your car stands with the repairs. I had three pins pop off within a few days so I called the gentlemen I had been working with and they took care of everything for me with NO problems. I highly recommend Prices!!!!!!! Everyone was very helpful, thoughtful, and professional. Thanks again Prices for everything.

I have had a horrible experience with Price?s. They originally told me that my car would be finished within two weeks. I didn?t hear from them and decided the day before it was suppose to be done that I would give them a call to check up on how it was coming. They then informed me that they were waiting for a part, and that it would be at least another week. So I wait a week, and I call again. I find out that they ar... view moree waiting on another part and it is going to be another week. No one has bothered to call and tell me any of this. It has now been well over a month. I keep getting the run around, and I still don?t have my car. They have been horrible to work with. Their communication skills are horrible. Several times I would call and they would say ?we?ll have to call you back?, but they never would. This has been such a head ache. They lack customer service all around! STAY AWAY!

I`ve never had great success with body repair shops, but this one just takes the cake when it comes to horrible service. I was dragged around in the dirt with lies about when my car was going to be finished and final cost. After quoting me 6-8 days to get the vehicle fixed, it took close to 5 weeks. Absolutely horrible. They tried to pawn everything off on their suppliers of parts as well. The typical bad busine... view moress excuse. I even called a supplier of parts and was told I could get the part in 2 days guranteed. This place is the worst and I don`t recommend anyone going there. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
