Honest, Courteous, and Reputable

We had unfortunately been involved with a bad mechanic who happened to have used a car part from Express. When things went wrong, I had to contact them too. They were polite and listened to my trouble. In the end they were quite a help and very understanding about what we had went through with the bad mechanic. I will definitely think of them if I need something in the future due to their professionalism.
