Watch out!!! These guys are complete crooks! I bought a transmission from them, and was told it would be at the shop within two days - it took TWO WEEKS to show up! When it finally got here it had 4 bolts broken off in it. Then after we got it mounted, we find out it was the wrong transmission! It was the same type, so it would mount, but the electrical was all wrong and so nothing would plug in. I called the... view morem and they told me I needed an adapter to make the transmission they just sent me (a different year then my truck) fit! It was a dealer only item of course, so I called ford.... $398 for the adapter! I had given these guys the VIN and all the specifics to MAKE SURE it would fit! I called back 3 times and was finally told they would send me a different transmission. I would have had to pay the mechanic to take out the one that was wrong and install the new one! For what that was all going to cost, I could have bought a rebuilt unit! The only help I could get from this company, was a promise to refund $100 towards the broken bolts, that cost me $250 for the mechanic to get out...and they still couldn`t get one of the broken starter bolts out. They tried to tell me it was my mechanics fault that the trans wouldn`t fit, and gave me the run around at every turn. I just got my credit card statement and they overcharged me by $88 for the wrong transmission and never gave me the $100 credit!! I`ve never done a review before in my life. But I had to this time, and maybe I can save someone else from from getting ripped off. I will never ever deal with them again, and their complete lack of integrity! I would rather pay for a crate part then deal with these guys!!! BUYER BEWARE!!
