I bought a car from this car lot and the car that I wanted had a cracked windshield, they told me that if I bought the car they would fix the windshield free of charge because they were SO NICE HA!! I had the car for 2 days and it started overheating, I called them back and told them what was going on and keep in mind I had not even made my 1st payment just the 500 dollar down payment. The secretary told me that I wo... view moreuld have to buy the new radiator myself and fix it myself after having the car for 2 days!!! I asked to speak with the mgr and she continued to tell me I have to pay for it no matter what and this went on for about 3 weeks!! Finally when I had enough I told the lady I was going to get a lawyer involved and of coarse about ten minutes later the mgr called me back and he told me he was never told of the situation and he would be more than happy to buy the part. If the secretary would have told him about the problem the 1st time I called it would not have been sooo bad.. The next day the part came in me and my fiance came to pick up the part and we had to FIX IT OURSELVES and the mgr said to us as we were leaving and I quote " Let me know if this does not work and we will try something else, and also call me in a few days so that we can get this windshield fixed for you guys and I am VERY SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE to you guys." Well a week later I call to get this fixed and 1st the windshield man was outta town, as if they only have 1 man in all of knoxville who can do this, so I call back the next week and it is a whole diff story, now the secretary who had already lied to me and not given her boss any of my messages tells me that there is a new agreement that since they fixed the bad radiator for me I will have to pay 135 bucks outta my pocket to fix the windshield and she told me I made this swap agreement with them when I picked up the radiator.. Nothing and I mean nothing was said to me or my fiance about this, it is a TOTAL MADE UP LIE!!! These people are liars and crooks and they will tell you anything to sale you a car..The manager told me over the phone that we made this agreement I have never heard of and I told him he is lying and he keeps saying we did, he knows he is lying and I have reported them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) I have a lawyer working on this and I advise everyone who is even considering even looking at their cars to turn around and go else where.. They are not even professional there they curse in front of customers, the sales guy is also in maintenance, I had a question for one of the so called mechanics about a simple thing andhis response to my simple question about breaks was I dunno.. This place is the worst car lot I have ever been to.. RUN AWAY they will try and pull one over on you as they have tried to do to me..I was very nice and patient with these people up to this point, I called 3 weeks every day and left a message with the secretary to have the mgr call me, he never did, I warned her I was going to involve my lawyer if I did not hear anything back in a week, never got a single call. When I did finally speak with him by chance because he happened to answer the phone I informed him of everything I am going to do and he did not even say sorry, he continued to tell me about this made up agreement we had when he never told me of any agreement. They are liars and will sale you a BAD CAR and make promises and NOT FOLLOW THROUGH, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!! I have several other dis satisfied people in with me making complaints, please don`t be the next one to contact me needing help for your sake RUN!!!
