Over charged for service
Wont back up mistakes(broke my hood latch)
Poor Customer Service from Service Writer and Service Manager.
Dealership does not care about you or your car.
Greed driven business.

lack of service
This dealer has terrible service of automobile along with awful customer service; I would highly NOT recommend...along with their Cool Springs location!

Poor service, Wasted time
We attempted to get a repair done at Hallmark Dodge VW Hyundai. They failed to have the part on hand the first time, even though they diagnosed the problem and scheduled the appointment. The failed to have the same part on the second visit, even though the manager had said it was in. They failed to have the same part available a THIRD time, even though we verified on the phone directly with the same manager that i... view moret was there. The last time, the excuse was that they had ordered and received the part, but could not find it. They offered us a ""bronze"" car wash (which left dead insects on the car, and crumbs on the seats even though they claimed it has a hand-done ""detailing"" that included vacuuming), and an oil change. Small compensation for around TWELVE hours of wasted time on our part.

Downgrade in Service
I bought my 2000 Jetta at Hallmark and was hopeful about their service since the salesperson emphasized the service center`s rating. However, I have been repeatedly disappointed. In addition to the difficulty getting an appointment and the inconvenient location, this dealership service center was unable to diagnose a lose strut that a Nashville repair shop discovered after a more careful review.
My warranty requ... view moreires me to stay with Hallmark in the shortrun but I would advise others who buy from Hallmark to go without the extended warranty and get serviced elsewhere.
